Gary came and quoted $800 for cash and $1,000 if paid by check. He was supposed to cut off the broken branch and move it and some of the other pieces into the woods. He left it all there. When my father called to ask him if he was going to finish the job he shouted obscenities and told him if he ever called his number again he'd come and punch him.

You be the judge. Tree came down no major issues. Worker was injured. Issues arose when the stump needed to be taken care of. He did show up and removed stump. than said the stump grinder broke and needed to be repaired. After 3 weeks I had to call him. it took 4 days for him to contact me via text. wrong part was ordered (yea right) after 2 more weeks I contacted him again, no reply at all. after another week, I sent him a voice mail assuming he was not coming back. So, the roots were not completed and my neighbors work that he paid him for was not completed as promised. I do believe there may be another company he could have rented a stump grinder from to complete job for his so called customers. Price was good, work was OK But not completed, Slick talker, would not hire again and will not recommend. His workers were fine and came across as nice guys

I paid 900 dollars to have a tree stump and roots removed he came up one day and removed the roots and never came back up to finish the job I reached out to him several times. The first time I asked when he was coming back to finish and he said a few weeks a month later I contacted him with the same question to get no response. I would advise everyone not to use this service as of now unless he makes this right.

They scheduled me within a week, took down the tree with no problems and cleaned up very well. The workers were easy to get along with. They had to deal with electric lines, a fence and limited space to bring the tree down. They came back the next day and ground out the stump and protruding roots. At my request the saved a small section of the tree in case we wanted to make memorial somethings for church members. The tree was at least 70 years old.

Asked for 1/2 the money up front, which should have been a red flag. On the day of the scheduled work Gary and his crew didn't show up, didn't call, and didn't answer his phone. 3 days later he called me with an excuse and rescheduled the job. Gary and crew did show up on the rescheduled date and removed the trees but did not take care of the stumps as agreed upon. Gary said that he would be back the following week with a stump grinder to remove the stumps. Did not show up, did not call me to reschedule. I called Gary and rescheduled two more times, but he did not show up either time and did not call to cancel. Finally Gary told me that he was finishing up several tree removal jobs & then would go and remove the stumps from all of those jobes over the course of the same weekend. Gary never followed up to schedule the stump removal and never returned any of my multiple calls. Ultimately I had to hire another service to remove the stumps. Overall, Gary was completely unreliable and unprofessional.

They stacked logs incorrectly and the logs were leaning forward. I asked him to move the logs and he stated that his men were too busy. This was after he was paid. I went to move the top layer because the logs were leaning forward. Three logs fell off and hit me in the arm and I fell backwards landing on a log that was behind me and hurt my back. This was after he had received his payment of $1,700.00. I was going to give the wood to my neighbor, but when he showed up to take the wood, Gary Walker had taken all the locust that I had told him that I wanted. The day the job was done, Oct. 15th, 2013, Gary Walker came back at 8 pm and said that he and his men were going to straighten up the yard. When he came back, they worked until 9:30 pm, taking all of the wood I had told him I wanted. He made sure he came back under the cover of darkness so I could not see what he was taking. All Gary left were the maple tree logs and took all of the long burning locust. I had to pay someone to bag and remove 56 bags of mulch that he had left behind. The reason I had to pay someone was because I asked Gary Walker to clean up the debris and he informed me that me and my job were a pain to him and we was not going to do it. I attempted to contact Gary regarding the issue with the debris left and he hung up on me 3 times. Also, like the other bad referral before me, he has a different address on his business card. He states on Angie's List that he is not insured or bonded but on his business card he states that he is insured but never produced the papers proving he was. He refused to take a check and insisted to be paid in cash and would not give a written estimate.

He dropped 2 trees on my chain link fence. When I complained, he basically drove off cursing me out. The address on the business card he gave me was false as well.
