Richard was prompt, professional, and helpful and a real gentleman. He was very helpful in our planning and questions. We may still utilize his services after some consideration and since he shared the information on a previous customer so we could look his work in a similar addition. We were very pleased with his visit and it confirms all of the prior comments from satisfied customers.

This company's work is impeccable. They are prompt, extremely courteous, neat & clean. Attention to detail is superb. They are very knowledgeable aobut code compliance; in other words they do it right. Any existing unforseen problems from previous contractors that they came across during the remodel were corrected. In addition to the bathroom remodel, we pointed out several other problems we had around the house, including painting and pre-existing electrical issues; they fixed them all!!! Their work went above and beyond what was originally requested. If you are looking to have any type of remodeling or home construction work and are seeking excellent professional quality, look no furhter than this company. I would gladly show anyone their work if someone wants a reference. The only negative in my experience with this company was the length of time for completion; but it was not this company's fault. One of the suppliers they used, Fagers a plumbing and bathroom fixture supplier, was terrible in providing fixtures in a timely fashion. So shop around for suppliers. When the proper fixtures were finally supplied, the work was completed timely.

It all went well but we are disappointed with the color variation of the grout. Don't think it was their fault.

Richard Zeppa is an amazing contractor. The work is impeccable, he arrives on time on dates agreed upon and works a full day. He does one job at a time, so you aren't left hanging to get your work completed. He is very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My kitchen and laundry rooms look brand new and his price was very good. He took care not to waste any product and he and his crew cleaned up everything everyday. This is a contractor who really cares about the quality of his work. He doesn't just slap things together -- he works and works until the job is exactly the way you want it. If there were a grade higher than A, I would give it to him.

It was the very, very best value for the price at the time. He is an artist and he has great ideas and can implement them to perfection. I wanted for him for over a year until he finished another job in order for him to do my work instead of other contractors in the area.

Overall he was fine. He came gave me an estimate, looked at the space, and gave me a fine estimate. We were happy with the estimate and his service. He also responded immediately.

We were very impressed with their promptness and professionalism. They cleaned up after themselves very well every day and did an outstanding job. The price that they charged was some where in the middle of the bid. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Upon arrival he examined the tile (uneven 2 inch square tile on a 12 X 12 mesh backing) and found that there was too much disparity in the separation of the individual tile (some to wide, some too narrow). He then recommended that we return the tile and replace with something that would assure us a better result. With a sample of our granite counter top in hand, we returned the old tile and found a natural stone tile that not only assured a better result but was a much better match to our granite counter tops. After 11 hours of work, our kitchen looks far better than we ever expected it would, thanks to Mr. Zeppa's outstanding workmanship and consultation services.

We were turned down by Lowes, Home Depot, and Fagers to have a replacement shower door installed because of a Corian shower surround. J.R. Zeppa not only did it professionally but on-time for a responable price. Our future work will be done by Richard Zeppa if he is available.

In about a week, JR Zeppa came in and evaluated the mess and told me he could fix it. I love that he doesn't try to work on more than on customers job at a time, gives a fair and honest assessment of the work, and bottom line, does what he says, when he says, and does it right. My bathroom looks perfect! He did in a week what my other contractor couldn't do in eight months!

Of all the contractors from whom we requested estimates, Richard Zeppa was immediately and unquestionably the most responsible and professional appearing. That initial appearance proved to be accurate. He and the workers that he brought to the job with him were consistently courteous, careful and highly professional. They did the entire job in a timely manner. They were very careful to be respectful of our house and property, always cleaned-up after themselves every day and generally were just a pleasure to have around. Richard takes care to recommend to you the best methods and materials that will yield a successful outcome. He also goes the extra mile and does things not necessarily covered in the original estimate but are helpful. He did not charge any more for this. Generally, I would recommend Richard Zeppa for any type of design and construciton work that you have around the house, both inside and outside. Roofing is only one type of work that he undertakes, and not the primary one at that. I can't say enough positive about Richard. Hire him!

My job was carried out in a most professional manner. Mr. Zeppa provided professional advice concerning the removal of a window in the shower area; assisted me in picking out tile and suggested the enlargement of a closet to take up some dead space between the old closet and the shower. Then he got to work removing the old tub, he made sure the substructure would not be burdened by the weight of the new shower. Then he removed the window that was in the way, re-insulated the wall at that point and recovered the outside in vinyl siding. You would never know he had done anything from the outside. Then he laid the base for the shower in concrete, then a layer of a rubber material, then another layer of concrete. Then Mr. Zeppa removed the regular wallboard and substituted cement board. Once that was up it was sealed with a blue sealer, then tiling bagan. He tiled all the walls around and floor with ceramic tile. Then he removed the old floor in the master bath and replaced it with tile matching that in the shower. After the tile was laid, he went back and grouted the entire tiled area. The wooden baseboard was sanded, refitted and caulked. Then the entire work area, and a few areas beyond were repainted to make the job sparkle. Mr. Zeppa did a fine job. After he finished, I took him around to show him some other jobs I will use him for in the near future.

Richard was excellent to deal with. He was knowlegable and thoroughly explained what he planned to do. This house has a gambrel roof with steep sides, quite a few valleys, and was built around 1917. He and his crew went out of their way to be sure that even the minor details of the job were done correctly. The boards in the underlayment that he replaced were replaced with cedar. At one place, where the aluminum siding butts up against the steep roof, he fashioned a piece of aluminum to improve the appearance. His price was fair and he and the two men working with him were friendly and courteous, plus they showed up on time and kept the job site neat at the end of each day. I have yet to find a stray roofing nail. The entire job took about 1 week to complete. I highly recommend Richard and plan to use him for some future construction projects.
