Description of Work: Rich under took a complete kitchen renovation, including the removal of a wall, in a house that is almost 100 yrs old. Nothing was straight which meant that floor and wall cabinets needed to be adjusted. Rich's professionalism and craftsmanship are exceptional. He is one person performing the work of at least two in a very timely manner. Rich was extremely proficient and efficient. I would highly recommend him to anyone

Description of Work: Contacted Frank via email 8/31 and got response the same day indicatinghe was very busy and kind of indicated he could not get to my bathroom reno in the near future. I emailed back and suggested he contact me if he was in the York area any time. Got phone call the next day and he advised he had so many jobs that he wouldn't be taking any new work for the remainder of the year. This guy seems to be a rarity in the construction business - a true and honest professional who takes pride in his craft.

+ -1 moreCouldn't have gone better. Considering that he was working on a roof 24 ft off the ground, on a A-Frame pitched roof, with wasp nest under the soffet he was still able to complete the job in 1 1/2 hours. I was very impressed.
Description of Work: I was experiencing water leaks in our house during heavy rains. I thought the leak was from improperly installed roof flashing. Richard Zeppa discovered right away that the problem actually was a clogged down spout, mainly due to an adjoining down spout that was improperly installed when the house was built. He cleared out the spouting, removed the siding and sealed all the step flashing so water could never enter the house again.

Description of Work: richard completely finished our basement, which included a bar area, living area, exercise area, and full bath. he handbuilt a beautiful bar which is the envy of all our friends.

Description of Work: MR. ZEPPA DOUBLED THE SIZE OF MY PEDIATRIC DENTAL OFFICE. He was responsible for all phases of the renovation, excluding installation of dental equipment.

+ 7 moreFantastic quality of work. Everything was done to the highest standards. Even with this major renovation, Rich worked around our schedule so we did not have move out. Ten years later and everything is still perfect!
Description of Work: Complete renovation of a 37 yr old house. Added 1000 sq ft and renovated all windows, siding, roof, kitchen, bathrooms and brick. Added front porch and new Anderson patio doors & patio.
