I appreciated Jeff's professionalism and workmanship during the installation of my water heater. Jeff's flexibility to do the install (at 9pm) on the same Saturday we communicated is commendable.

Saturday morning our water heater blew out. Thet came out that day. They were promp and and did great job on the install. Very diligent and straight forward. We had hot water that day.

Response in every respect was fast, direct, and affective. Jeff called, arrived in a couple hours, did an extremely neat, clean and professional job. Explained everything he was going to do, and addressed all my concerns. Jeff replaced ALL the prior unprofessional and sloppy installation work that led to the premature failure of my system. THANK YOU!!!

I highly recommend Jeff at Water Heaters in a Hurry. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I hired him quickly to remove a defunct tank, which required moving a stacked washer/drying down a narrow hallway, and then relocate a new tank, which required running new piping. He handled a complicated job seemingly with ease and billed a very reasonable amount for hours of work. He even gave me small tips, like showing me how to clean my faucet filter.

Our old water heater was beyond replacement time so i shopped around for someone to replace it & chose Water Heaters in a Hurry due to Jeff's (owner) help in my decision on which water heater to get, he taught me a lot about water heaters!! The price of everything (water heater + install + disposal) was very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. The installation was done perfectly & Jeff took the time to answer my questions without hesitation. Our water heater wasn’t working and I called a plumber. It turned out that the heater was too old to be repaired, but the plumber’s estimate for a new one seemed exorbitant, so I called Water Heaters in a Hurry -- it was an emergency, after all! Jeffrey Ganter, the owner, scheduled the installation for the same day and went out of his way to make the time fit my schedule. He was punctual, did excellent work, and the price was well below that proposed by the plumber. One thing that really stood out (and is important to me) was his responsiveness and communication. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Excellent response time and customer service! Jeff has helped me with 2 different water heater installations - one at my own home and one at a rental property. The rental property one in particular I thought would be difficult because it was gas and in a confined space. Jeff was able to do both jobs quickly, answered all of my questions, and had better prices then the others I contacted. He was friendly and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend!
