My experience with this company was horrible, from Charles not showing up for the initial appointment to the office lying to me about obtaining the building permit to workers not showing up as scheduled to the workmanship or should I say a total lack of workmanship. The deck fell apart just days after the work was complete. I am now forced to hire another builder to fix all the flaws that Bitner Brothers has left for me. The deck is not safe to be on. Do yourself a favor and never consider this company for any home improvement project.

The trained installers were professional,detailed and finished in a reasonable amount of time.

Bitner Brothers Construction did an excellent job. I wanted a simple kitchen remodel with new cabinets, granite countertops, sink, faucet and subway tile backsplash. They worked within my budget, were always on time and finished on time. I would recommend them to anyone getting a remodel for a reasonable price.

Other than some confusion setting up an appointment they were excellent in workmanship and cost to do the job.

Set expectations well, then exceeded them. They finished 2 buildings in 2 days. Not much help in picking color options. Work seems like good quality. Time will tell!

Work done was fine. The company was very disorganized. Never knew when they were coming or not coming. Kept calling me though every day about the final payment, but didn't send the bill.

Although there were a few issues, they were on time and did the work fairly quick.

Started work 3 weeks later then agreed to.Only worked for 1/2 day when they showed up. Owners seem to want to fix problems but workmen not so much. I expected quality work for the price I paid. I didn t get it.

Work done was average. They showed poor communication between office and field personal, what the office said would happen and what was done were two different things. They did not return phone calls.Trash was left in the yard and not picked up for a week leaving a large patch of dead grass. Sorry but I could not recommend them.

Workers were there on the day to do the job. They did a great job on replacing the shingles and cleanup. They were very professional.

We are currently at the 1 year mark on our basement remodel that was supposed to be finished in 2019. We have given them an entire year to finish/fix the issues. They were PAID IN FULL December 2018! We made the final payment thinking we had one more in error. The work began to slow at the beginning of 2019. There were issues with electric, plumbing,drywall,property damage,painting,and general workmanship,communication throughout the entire project. After threatening arbitration they rectified some of the problems however they STILL HAVEN'T FINISHED!! We still have a window installed that doesn't lock/close the whole way. They also failed the electrical inspection as they wired 2 different gauge wires together. (This can cause fire) We are STILL waiting for them to switch a breaker out as code required. The drywall is cracking,bubbling out, and poor workmanship. They agreed to send a check to cover the cost for me to hire a drywaller to fix the drywall issues, however they still haven't. They scratched the brand new countertop when they installed it. I have mentioned it several times, but they don't address it. It has been an ENTIRE YEAR that they have been paid in full!

Totally unorganized and unprofessional. Keep calling my phone number asking for other customers. Only hired them for a patch job to see their ability to do entire roof by fall. Roof still leaks so I went with a different company.

I had a leak in my roof that was difficult to locate the source. The roofers located the leak and repaired the leak. I liked them because they listened and did the repair, other roofers were not interested in fixing the leak, they just wanted to sell me a new roof. Mr Bitner linked at the roof and told me that I did not need a new roof and that he would do the repair. All of the personnel that I came in contact with were polite, plus there was no mess left behind for me to clean up. I would recommend Bitner Brothers roofers.

Easy to work with, timely and professional

I told Mr. Bitner of my concern with a wavy area of decking at the second truss in the N.E. corner. He said "We can take care of it".However he apparently did not inform the crew as they did not even lift that piece of decking when the roof was stripped. I should have had that written up in the estimate. Make sure you do if you have a similar issue. Other than that the crew was good and did not do any unnecessary damage to house or grounds. They were polite and efficient.

Mr Bitner and his staff were very courteous and professional. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Bitner Brothers LIE. You have to threaten them with lawyers before anything gets done. They make a HUGE mess, destroy property... HORRIBLE. A 1 star is way too high a grade.

Initially underestimated the amount of materials needed, but showed up the next day to finish with more shingles. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the jobsite very well. Their office staff was responsive to questions and billing concerns, and provided a final walkthrough/questionaire at the end when the job was finished. They seemed to be very concerned with my approval of their work. I would hire them again.

Bitner Brothers was awesome on every level. Very responsive to what ended up being multiple issues allowing water around our chimney and coming in through the chimney to leak into the ceilings in our home. Professional and personable. Area was so clean, they only way one would know they were here is the new flashing around our chinmney. Had another roofer out first who just tried to fix with caulk and months later the leaks were back. Bitner Brothers is now our go-to for roofing and chimney repointing. Highly recommend!!!

Bitner Bros made a stressful situation bearable. Treated my leaking bathroom as an emergency and got to work immediately. They did a practical remodel of my bathroom in two days. New toilet ,vanity and subfloor , as well as laid a new floor. Plumbing problem fixed and the job looks great. I would recommend them to everyone. And the price was competitive with other plumbers. Needed someone who could do the whole job,ie.plumbing and remodeling. Very friendly and nonintrusive workmen. I'm very satisfied with the job.
