Steve was extremely accommodating when it came to scheduling, he was available the same day (he was working in the neighborhood) and handled communication with the seller... above and beyond my expectations. He took his time and explained to me everything he was looking at and what his conclusions were. His written report was in my hands two days later (Through US mail!!). Overall a fantastic experience, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
