THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER. I had three different property managers over the course of 1.5 years. I met two them one time each and the third one I never met. They never fixed any issues with the property--- we had two sink leaks and were forced to use only the kitchen sink, the downstairs toilet ran constantly, the stairs to the basement (where we did laundry) were a death trap, and the fence didn't latch. We tried to tell the property manager and the owners that birds were making nests on the inside wall of the attic... we were told that they definitely could NOT get inside the house. Our last two months there we found a dead bird in the attic, and had a bird come in through the basement. When I was locked out of the property, the property manager refused to drive to unlock the door and said she lived "too far away." I had to hire a locksmith and ultimately replace the doorknob because it was put on upside down to begin with. That was a $195 bill that I had to pay. They never gave me a new lease after my year was up, and just decided to increase my pet fee without warning. The tenants that lived next to me and I were forced to share ONE TRASH CAN and were reprimanded when we added another trash can by the curb. They are now withholding my security deposit of $1485 and charging me and additional $750 for moving out without notice (despite not being in a lease),for leaving a sofa and chair (which the put out on the curb with a free sign attached, and for trash removal which we took out to curb. I am also being charged for the ceiling repair for a crack from a leak that was there before I moved in. And besides all of this, the actual employees of this company, whether the actual property managers or the people answering the phones/emails are so unprofessional, uncooperative, and rude. Such a shame that they are making money off of properties that they do not visit and do not maintain.
