I am very particular about the type of people who come out that they are friendly and committed to taking good care. I trust them. They are a little more expensive than average, but I think they are worth it. Their policy states that if they are not there within a few mintues of the time they committed to, they would give a significant discount on their services.

The salesman wanted to stay and stay and stay. I figured he was thinking the longer he stayed the more I woould give in. Would have been better to charge a whole lot less and go drum up more business. He was nice though.

The experience was fine. They were prompt. Their estimate was twice what the next company’s was, so we decided not to go with them.

Service was exceptional. I am always shocked by prices for plumbing and electrical work.

The experience always goes very well. I’ve known them for years. I had them come out during the flood. I was really panicking because I was afraid my gas burner and water heater were going to be submerged. It was totally unexpected. The technician didn’t make me wait long, maybe an hour. He checked everything out to make sure everything was working properly. I thought they did very well.

I was called to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived shortly after that. He wore booties in my house and was very Friendly and helpful with all questions that I had for him. He gave me all papers that explain the service and I am very happy With the work.

They were very prompt from coming out to do the estimate to installation. Our air conditioning was not working so they made it there top priority to get the work done before Labor Day weekend. The price was a little high but the quality and warranty of the work out weighed the price. The installation crew knew what they were doing and did it quietly and efficiently. They completely cleaned up after themselves. You would not have known they were here if you did not see the new furnace. We would definitely use this company again.

Great service! They volunteered to come right away - I asked for "next day" and got it. The technician was prompt, courteous, professional, explained every option clearly, and made sure we knew exactly what he was doing. Our air conditioning system was working perfectly when he left. They were not inexpensive, though, but the level of service made it seem worth the money.

We have used them quite a bit and they are great. They did a good job. They always come out on time and call before they come.

After being overbilled for repairs I had done some research and found a lot better service for a lot better price. Funny thing is if you ask them to match the price they won't bother. I would't us them if they were the only company left. I'd go without.
