I asked him about the services I purchased. The visit couldn't have gone better in my opinion. I was 100% satisfied. Dave arrived on time. He was very courteous & friendly. I am a single woman & I asked alot of questions. Dave took his time & answered all my questions in a manner that I understood. He did not try to sell me anything.

They did everything that was expected

Turned out the switch was off. Tech turned on system and checked it. Very prompt and courteous. Will definitely use again.

We were so glad we used this Big Deal because we had recently moved into this home and learned that the furnace hadn't been cleaned or checked in years. A thorough job was completed. The only issue we had was that the humidifier appeared to just have a blockage. It was cleared, but a few days later we noticed it still wasn't working. The serviceman returned and worked on it again. The next day we discovered it still wasn't operating properly. A different serviceman returned and found it wasn't wired back properly. So, we paid for the Big Deal, a great price. We had to pay for the 2nd service because there was obviously more work needed ( that wasn't covered by the Big Deal) and that covered the 3rd service which finally solved the problem with the humidifier. Although there was an issue, it was dealt with promptly. Note that the $49 was just the cost of the Big Deal. We're not sure if we would use this provider again, but must say the servicemen were both prompt, as promised, and very pleasant.

Technician was punctional, professional and polite. He was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

The service was okay, but the service technician was too pushy on trying to sell their service contracts. I will not use them again. He did apologize for being pushy. He got the job done in about one hour. The scheduling was fine.

It was a big deal purchase for my mom's house. She loved the job they did. There were additional charges because of the new air conditioning unit. She was able to negotiate the price. She was very happy with the service and she was happy with the way that everything came out. There have not been any issues. She was very happy with the price.

The technician arrived on time was very polite and did good job explaining the inspection points and answered all my question. also, offered a good monthly plan to have the unit covered.

They left a broken switch. They gave me a very high bid for what I was needing fixed.

Very polite and punctual. I believe the repairman/inspector did a very thorough job. He did make recommendations for additional work on my heating system that I appreciated but which I thought were pricey.

Overall, the service call and repair was a very positive experience and would highly recommend. Our heat was out, it was the beginning of winter and I was nervous about the repair cost going in. I did what I could do to try to figure it out but eventually knew I needed to call a repairman. I went on Angie's list and saw several provider reviews and chose One Hour Heating and Air. I choose their 'Big Deal' coupon through Angie's list and it ended up saving about $70 on the repair visit. The service call was courteous. The service call rep was able to answer all my questions and had the repair visit scheduled in 2 days. Could have had the repair visit the next day but this fit our schedule better. The repairman showed up on time and was able to diagnosis the problem within 5-10 mins. The repair options were clearly laid out, chose the middle of the road cost, and the problem was fixed within 30 mins. Thankfully it was a relatively minor repair but I know it was done right, fit our needs & we now have heat! The repairman Dave was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, courteous, respectful to your home and patient with all my questions, etc.. Learned a lot and would ask for him again. Nothing bad to say. I was very pleased with the service call and repair - really like the new thermostat. Thanks! The only negatives I can say, is that the overall cost seemed a little pricey. I looked online after the repair and the replacement part cost about $80 and the total cost was about $310 with all the coupon/discounts. But I checked around some and the price was competitive with other service providers so this really isn't a negative; just the cost of owning a home I figure.. The only other thing I can say is that the initial visit is geared toward getting a service contract (ie it offered a 20% discount on the current repair) - so get ready for a decision. I initially said no like I always do for any service contract but after asking a few questions later I took it. In the end, I know I will probably lose some money as in any service contract, which ironically is a good thing, but its nice knowing I have a service provider on call for free that I trust, can get constructive advice from and will get the job done right to my satisfaction, my 2 HVACs and water heater will be well maintained (2 service visits for each a year) , will work efficiently and will last full-life with all repairs up to $500 per visit covered. So time will tell but I can always cancel for just $30 if the yearly contact is cancelled early. Catastrophic coverage and air filters are not covered.. Its tough to live without Heat/AC or hot water! Anything else in our home I probably would not insure as they probably can be replaced under $1000, except maybe the plumbing which is covered under our mortgage ins. to a degree. It seemed worth it to me compared to the monthly cost... Hope this helps. Good luck!

They did an excellent job, as far as I can tell. It was just a tuneup.

They didn’t do any work, they just came out to check the HVAC system and everything was fine. One employee came out and he was here for about 10 minutes. He was very nice and professional. I have a maintenance contract with them.

They were able to replace the whole par the same day. He had to go out of his way and he did a great job. He was a great young man and he was excellent. They had a special deal, their price was reasonable and we then signed up with a maintenance agreement with them for the next couple years.

That service turned out pretty okay. One technician came out and he did work on the furnace. The price was costly.
