Paul was polite, friendly and professional! He not only did he clear my clogged kitchen sink line in a timely manner. He took steps to make sure he didnâ t spread dirt by using drop cloths.

ON time explain what he was doing .Dan was going to a little late He called so to informed me which I consider outstanding a lot of others wound just me late and some \times not show up then call me next day .This Dan 2nd time here he did the estimate .He is very good at what he does, he double checked his work to make sure there was no leaks ,the place was left the same was as whae he came.

Bait and switch technique...failed to mention the electrical component would cost an additional $675. I was left with an extension cord running across two door frames to power the sump pump. The sales part of the visit was not communicated properly. All figures and models are on an iPad in the plumber's hand and the customer can t see the three choices... better ask for a lot of clarification. My advice is to ask neighbors or friends for advice, not HomeAdvisor.

They completely replumbed my 4-inch soil line in my basement, up to the 1st floor, moved the kitchen sink, moved, and reconnected the natural gas lines for the laundry dryer and the kitchen range! They replaced and increased my primary water supply for all of my appliances. Removed and then reinstalled the kitchen sink, added the plumbing for a new dishwasher, increased the drainage for my washing machine. and included the separation cutoffs I requested. They did a lot of work and I'm a trained city inspector. Let me say that I'm completely satisfied with everything they did and their staying in touch with me through every step. And yes I would recommend them without reservation!!!

John did a great job, he was professional, curteous and friendly. He replaced a leak which was at a joint, which also cause a problem for the line to the washer. The washer line came into the joint thus he had to replace that line not just fix the joint. I have the old grey pipes that has since been outlawed for usuage. He helped me replaced a few heavy items since my husband was at wok and even helped me carry my laudry basket upstair since my dryer had gone off. Thank You John

The team did a great job installing a new water heater. It was a warranty replacement for one that started to leak. I hope this one lasts longer than the previous as we only had that one for seven years . Overall very happy.

The technician, Jon was on time and very professional. I showed him the things that I needed done and he laid out my options and the cost of each option along with the pros and cons of each of them. I think he ran into some issues he wasn't expecting but got the job done in a timely manner. Ben Franklin may not be the cheapest guys on the block, but their professionalism, quality of work, and the guarantee on their work make them well worth it. I will definitely hire them again when needed.
