Description of Work: I will preface this with noting that Hilinski put on our roof about 14 years ago and we were very satisfied with that work. I do not have at hand what we paid but that was then and irrelevant at this time. After the hail storm this past year, March 2011 I believe, Hilinski looked at our roof and informed us that we needed a new roof at a cost of approximately $10,500.00. After going back and forth for some time between Hilinski and our homeowners carrier, they got together and decided we didn't need a roof after all. At that time, we discussed with Hilinski his examining our spouting, which he replaced with the roof 14 years ago, because they were leaking at the seams and creating an icy hazard in the winter. Mr. Hilinski said he would get back to us as to when he could get over to do the work. We have not heard from him to date; however, we called at least twice and the calls were never returned. We are disappointed with this particular non-service; and reiterate that our first experience with Hilinski 14 years ago was very satisfactory.
