The experience was horrific. Because of all the mistakes and the neglectful service from Mr. Brenneman, I incurred extraordinarily high electric bills while this system was slowly leaking. Mr. Brenneman was attentive in the beginning when he thought everything was functioning properly, but it is clear that he does not follow through with service issues. It is clear that he wants the money for the work that he performs, but when it comes to the service issues, he does not know how to troubleshoot and does not follow through with break/fix. At my last contact with Mr. Brenneman, he told me he would come by my house to fix my unit. He never came around nor did he return my phone calls. I would not recommend Jason Brenneman for this type of work in your home.
Description of Work: Mr. Brenneman does not follow through with his end of the deal. He installed a heating and cooling system for my home. I had problems with the system from the beginning. The closed system leaked, and I had to get the system charged year after year. There were leaks in the system that he did not know how to fix. When I had problems, he came to my home to try to troubleshoot. After many times of still not rectifying the problems, he gave up and would never return my phone calls. He tried to put the blame back on me as if this problem was my fault. He gave me a fair price in the beginning, and I paid him for the total installation, but after several years of frustration and several professional opinions from other dealers, I had to get another company to finally fix my system (for additional costs). In the end, I learned that Mr. Brenneman did not make sure the units inside my home were leveled, so these units had to be reinstalled to work properly. He did not install the proper electrical lines and Disconnect at the outside unit. He did not cover the entry holes into my home, or cover the exposed lines, therefore birds built nests in these holes and picked the outside insulation off the lines. He did not elevate the outside unit off the ground, therefore, in the winter condensation would build up underneath and freeze. He pieced the heating and cooling lines together too many times leaving multiple opportunities for this system to leak, which it did leak year after year. This required him to recharge my unit several times, and then he would not return my calls or come back to do service on the unit.
