The experience was horrific. Because of all the mistakes and the neglectful service from Mr. Brenneman, I incurred extraordinarily high electric bills while this system was slowly leaking. Mr. Brenneman was attentive in the beginning when he thought everything was functioning properly, but it is clear that he does not follow through with service issues. It is clear that he wants the money for the work that he performs, but when it comes to the service issues, he does not know how to troubleshoot and does not follow through with break/fix.
At my last contact with Mr. Brenneman, he told me he would come by my house to fix my unit. He never came around nor did he return my phone calls. I would not recommend Jason Brenneman for this type of work in your home.
