He was excellent. He was very professional, helpful, and very open to working with me. He was punctual, timely, kept everything neat, and cleaned up well afterwards. It was also easy to make appointments. In addition the replacement of the vanity ended up being a lot more work than he initially estimated. However, he stuck to his quote, which we really appreciated.

Michael was very responsive to our calls, and arrived at the time he said he would. He and his associate performed the required work in a high quality and timely manner. They had great attention to detail, and cleaned up after themselves, going the extra step of cleaning the entire area under the stove and touching up a tiny scratch caused when moving the oven. The price was extremely reasonable for the work done, and I would happily call them back for any future plumbing issues that may arise.

This is the second time I have used Gallagher's Plumbing and would most definitely use them again if needed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Shawn was prompt, extremely nice and completed the job in a very timely manner. All my questions were answered and everything was cleaned up when he left. I highly recommend them.S

We are very happy with Mike's service. He was prompt, professional, and repaired our hot water tank and main water valve. After the first repair, we were having trouble with air in the pipes (he had to turn the water off at the street for the initial repairs.) Mike came back promptly and spent a bit of time diagnosing the problem, replaced the valve again with a better quality one (the first one appeared to have a quality issue), and replaced the intake in our toilet causing the problems. We offered to fix the toilet ourselves, but he offered to do it for no charge just to make sure that the air backflow issue was solved. There was only a minimal charge for the second visit, even though he spent the better part of a morning on the work, and he didn't even charge for the cost difference between the first and second valve. Our hot water heater does not leak, our pipes don't groan anymore and we are very pleased! We will definitely call Mike for any future plumbing needs.

As with last visit, Mike & Shane arrived timely, went right to work. Took the time to make sure everything worked properly & even flushed the hot water lines without charging us. It is so nice to find plumbers who won't gouge you or take advantage of the situation & charge you more. We highly recommend Gallagher's plumbers for all you plumbing needs.

Mike & Shane arrived timely, in fact, a half hour early. They replaced the toilet & flange, made sure it didn't leak from underneath . Checked out work we needed him to do with shower pipes, fixtures, & bathroom sink & gave a reasonable estimate for the next round of work. He was professional, friendly & knowledgable. We felt comfortable with him immediately. The job was a bit frustrating because I had difficulties contacting them, which was not their fault. They initially could not determine where the leak was coming from. My son and I tried to eye ball to see where the leak was coming from. The leak was not, in fact, coming from any of the pipes but from the escutchens around the faucets, where water pouring out from the shower flow. So the repair was fixed by my own accord. I would recommend them still, but was a little bit surprised they could not detect leak with initial visit. I felt as though this was the kind of thing that maybe it was a bit too simple for a plumber who was looking for something more complicated.

Couldn't have gone any better. Came, did the job, cleaned up and left with a smile.

Called Gallagher's Plumbing. They were able to give me an estimate over the phone. I needed a new sink and toilet installed in our powder room. We set the appointment and the plumber, Shane, came on-time. Shane was very thorough.

Mike Gallagher responded quickly to our call, arrived on time as promised, and quickly solved our leak problem. He was courteous, friendly, and very professional. We will certainly call him again for our next plumbing need. It was an outstanding experience.

Mike came out on a Saturday, observed the issue and offered a solution and price. Both very reasonable and minimal in time bacause he came prepared with all parts on his truck. He was great to work with as he explained what he was doing and why and explained the root cause of the issue. This should prevent the ersoion of the drain in the future. Overall Gallagher's Plumbing was quick in response, on-time, affordable and very proffessional. I will use them in future jobs.

Although it took Mike a day to call me back, he was apologetic and professional. He was supposed to come out on a Friday, but called and let me know that he was swamped with emergencies and other calls. Since my call was not an emergency, I was ok with waiting until Monday morning. He came on Monday morning first thing, and took care of everything very quickly. I would use him again.

Very prompt. very knowlegable. it pays to hire someone with years of experiance. Mike knew exactly what was wrong just by looking at where the leak was coming from and what needed to be done to fix it..sadly my bathroom floor had to be ripped out, but he explained the process and helped us work with the Insurance comany. There was a small problem with reconnecting the radiator that damaged some of the tiles but Mike resolved the problem and had the tiles replaced. He also refered us to a much needed carpenter, Robert Herold, who I would recommend and will be using again! The new floor looks fantastic, the water flows great, the vanity and kitchen ceiling look great...and Mr. Herold's employees were respectful and hard working, overall really nice guys!

Mike Gallagher came to our house to give us an estimate for the job. We hired him, and one week later he came back to do the job. He removed the old battery and replaced it with a new one (which he supplied), and he completed all the bathroom repairs in approximately an hour, as estimated. Mr. Gallagher was polite and courteous, did a great job, and was efficient and neat. We will definitely use his services for our next plumbing needs.

I appreciate the quick response to my service call and the professional way the repairs were handled. I just wish I had known about this company much earlier - would have taken care of my repairs long ago. I will definitely use Gallagher's Plumbing again.

They arrived promptly as I needed the gas shutoff valve installed before the oven delivery. I had ordered the wrong drain assemblyfor the tub so they ordered the correct part and a week later installed it. They were great to deal with and would highly recommend them.

My Mother in laws Kohler toilet was leaking and needed a new fill valve. I could have replaced the whole toilet for the price of the part, but it matched the tile etc,etc. Mike came out, figured out the part and gave an good estimate. Then my mom got ill (she's 86) He was very patient and understanding. Two or three weeks went by before I called him to install the part. He was there just when he said he would be and had it fixed in 45 min. I will always call Mike Gallagher for any future Plumbing needs.

The existing water heater was 13 years old and had begun with increasing frequency to "pop" due to heavy sediment build-up. Given the age, it was time for replacement. Obtained 3 estimates, with one company, my present heating/cooling company, indicating that venting was not proper, with a proposal to resolve the issue by getting a different type of water heater (forced venting with fan) and rerouting venting, with a cost of $2,500. Neither of the other two proposals suggested or mentioned venting. Needless to say, my current service provider for heating and cooling did not get the job. I called Gallagher's Plumbing based on their top rating on Angie's List. I explained the situation to Mike, and he agreed to come over and scope out the situation. The next day he was over, suggested a simple reroute of the venting and gave me a quote. He was straightforward, offered a great solution and also gave a very competitive price. He was hired. A date was set for the work. He arrived on that date, did a great job with both the venting and replacement and was out of the house in around 2 hours. No mess at all and the heater and venting are working great.. Based on Mike's work, I expect to be using him again in the future.

We had a badly clogged kitchen sink and garbage disposal. I tried for hours to unclog it but it was bad enough that it required a professional. We have been in need of a quality plumber for quite some time so I decided to use Angie's List to find a local company. We found Gallagher's Plumbing which is a local business in our town and had received very good reviews. My wife called first thing in the morning and received a call back within 10 minutes from Mike Gallagher. He said he would come by the house just after lunch to take a look and sure enough he arrived right on time at 12:15. My wife was thrilled since most contractors provide a long window where you need to sit at home and wait for hours. After a thorough inspection he located the clog in a pipe in the basement and was able to snake it. He also found that the pipe was not pitched correctly so he fixed that as well. It wasn't a major job but Mike made a great first impression. He was prompt, honest, very professional, and got the job done. We finally found a plumber that we trust and we are happy to support a local business in our town. We will surely be calling on Gallagher's again next time we need plumbing work.

This was not the first time we've asked Mike for help. There have been several occasions when we've called him for small jobs and he has always accommodated our needs. Mike is always prompt, respectful to you and your home, cleans up after himself and completes the job the first time (no call backs). Would I recommend Mike? In a heartbeat!!! If I could rate him higher than an "A" I would do so without hesitation.

Great! CAn't say enough good things about this plumbing service. Repalced under sink pipes, hooked up dishwasher, replaced two valves in basement. Arrived timely and worked until job ws complete.
