They fixed our plumbing problems.

Plumber arrived on time, very professional and answered my many questions. Both toilets were fixed within 1 hour. Everything was cleaned up before he left. I was able to make a payment arrangement which greatly helped me. I would most definately recommend and would most definately use Gallagher Plumbing again without a second thought.

The plumber was reasonable, prompt and did a good job.

My basement had a flood back in September and I had called Mr Gallagher based on ratings he had in Angie's List. He came right out at the time to give me a recommendation on sump pump and back up pump configuration. It took about 4 months to get the basement back in order and then I called Mr. Gallagher to come out to install the pumps - he was responsive both via email/text and cell which is great and we settled on a date for him to come out and do the install. He and his crew did a great job and gave us price as quoted back in September. Plus while he was here he looked at leaky kitchen sink and repaired for us - apparently the contractor we used for our kitchen renovation (High Tech - Joe Bach)two years back did not install the insinkerator correctly. Was great to have a true professional take care of our needs - Thanks Mike!

He is reasonable and he does a good job. There was a repair awhile ago that another plumber told me would be $5,000 to repair, but Gallagher did it for $500.

Mike was wonderful. He was responsive, on-time, and professional. Mike contacted the manufacturer to ensure that my system would work properly. I'm glad that he did as a modification had to be made. You may rest assured when you use Mike Gallagher.

Mr. Gallagher and an employee arrived when they were scheduled and consulted with my husband regarding the options then gave suggestions on ways to rectify the problem. Within 45 minutes, the problem was fixed. We would definitely use his services again and will recommend him to neighbors.

I had hired Gallagher's to replace old shut-off valves with new ball valves. I also asked him to install a water shut-off in the laundry room. He also removed some old pipes that were not in use.

I was having an issue with my hot water heater pressure valve leaking. The water company came out to look at it and said I should install an expansion tank and replace the relief valve. I called Gallagher's and they came out within a couple of days. I actually expected them to look at it and give me an estimate, but they came out ready to work on it. I'm glad they did because the repair worked (no leaks), was quick (half hour) and was almost $200 cheaper than a quote I got from somebody else. I'll definitely use them again.

Mike Gallagher responded very promptly via phone after initial inquiry via Angies List; Mike and Shane arrived where I had a list of about 7 questions for various projects; Mike patiently answered each one even when some of them were ridiculously basic; Gave an estimate with no pressure whatsoever; We scheduled follow up service on a few of the projects and Mike and Shane did a great job; Also appreciated Mike's candor in fixing our existing shower handle versus replacing knowing we had to prioritize things -- eventually it will need replacing but in the short term we hope to get some more use out of it; Would feel very comfortable calling Mike again

Excellent--will not hesitate to call Mike when I have a real plumbing problem. Now I have a plumbing company and a heating/ac company that I can trust when I need them.

Mike returned my call right away and we scheduled the work the following week. He showed up as scheduled and repaired the broken pipe and leak under the sink. It's tough to find a reliable plumber who is affordable. Mike provided information on the repair and the options, and did a great job on the repair. The price was very reasonable, and I will definitely use his services again. Very happy to have found a reliable local plumber!

Contacted on a Thursday afternoon and the work was complete the following Monday. One part was needed so the repairs were complete later that day. Otherwise it would have been done in the AM. Overall the quality of the work was very good and the price was good. I would have liked to have been offered a quote, before we agreed to do the work, but overall I am very satisfied with the work and cost.

Mike Gallagher was very responsive throughout the process, starting from my initial phone call to the completion of th job. The quality of workmanship was high, as I expected from the excellent feedback that this operation received on Angie's list. What impressed me the most is that all of the plumbing changes I requested were completed exactly as I wanted without the usual mis-communications that so often happen between homeowner and contractor. Mike listened carefully to my job specifications and did not hesitate to double-check with me during the job if there was any uncertainty. For a moderately complicated re-plumbing job, it went very smoothly. Mike and his colleague completed the job in a professional and timely manner - I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for plumbing work. I will be in need of additional plumbing work in my house in the future and I would not think of calling anyone else.

Copper pipe draining upstairs toilet had corroded, and water was leaking into kitchen ceiling. I cut away drywall in ceiling to provide access to the pipe. Gallagher removed bad copper pipe, and replaced it with PVC and rubber couplings. They showed up on time, performed the work competently, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left.

Mike Gallagher is a great plumber. We've lived in many different places and as an experienced home owner I have not had good luck finding plumbers in the past. We have lived in our current home less than a year and are relatively unfamiliar with the area. We wanted to get a water softening system and deal with an inadequate hot water heater. I spoke with three plumbers and Gallaghers was by far the most knowledgable. When I need a plumber again I will call Gallaghers.

It went very well. We are very happy to have finally found a plumber we can rely on.

He was fantastic. We originally had a bigger leak and he was in the neighborhood doing a job so he came by to stop the leak and then came back when we were home and completed the work.

I had a leak from the master bathroom into the dining room. Also, the shower had been dripping for about a year. Mr. Gallagher came out to my house three times before we finally discovered that it wasn't coming from the plumbing but rather from some rotted grout. He fixed the drip in the shower. He even came out on a Saturday when the leak was still happening. He only charged me for the fix of the drip.

Went extremely well: good price, very punctual, knowledgeable, and a nice guy. I called Michael and he was willing to drop by within the hour. Snaking the toilet did not end the clog so he thought it was the main drain outside (for which he was willing to recommend someone else). However the other drains were still working so he took at look at the sewer vent outside and was able to plunge that. That seems to have completely fixed the problem. Price was good and was very good considering it was a holiday weekend. I will definitively call again as needed, he was great to work with!

Gallagher's Plumbing answered our call promptly and was very professional. What we feared that this would be a very expensive repair but it turned out not to be, due to Mike Gallagher's honesty and expertise. I would have no reservations about calling him again.

Everything went great. One week from estimate to installation. No problems getting in touch with Mike on the phone. On the morning of installation he made sure he had the supplies necessary on site to save time and money. During the job, Mike did extra work by removing my 48' vanity and reconnecting an unforeseen adjacent sink on the wall opposite, in a separate bathroom -- he did not charge extra for this labor. The tub looks great and I feel secure with the work of a master plumber for such a difficult job. He drove 20 miles from my home for the estimate and the job without complaint. At the end of the job I had him give an estimate for future work. So overall it was a positive experience.

My hot water heater was leaking and I thought I needed a new one. I went on Angie's list and just kept calling until I found the best price. Mike Gallagher came out and told me I didn't need a new hot water heater just an expansion tank and relief valve. He was very honest and saved me alot of money. He did a great job and I would use him again with any of my plumbing problems.
