Very easy to work with

Hired for trailer demo and stone grading for new 60 building. Demo went ok, but very poor job grading area with insufficient amounts of stone used.

Would hire them again in an instant. Professional, Professional, Professional. They did what they said they would and on the dates they committed to. They completed the work ahead of schedule and kept me informed all through the job.

Vanderwalt construction performed demolition of a house for me. Dealing with Rob was a pleasure, he put me right on the schedule with short notice and performed the work quickly for a fair price. The project manager , Paul Menezes, had the team organised, and all of the work with plumbers, electrician, and other specialists well coordinated and executed to perfection!

We made many phone calls looking for someone to rebuild & extend out deck. Vanderwalt got back to us quickly. They had one of the best quotes. They worked with us in reusing some of the existing materials to save us some money. They crew worked extremely hard. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We now have a beautiful, solid deck.

We were completely pleased with the project. Three rooms were remodeled, including Sheetrock, window trim, painting, master closet enlargement, laminate flooring installed, electrical updates. Adam’s work was impressive, both in his speed and quality of work. John’s coordination of the project was perfect and he was consistently pleasant to work with. We will definitely call Vanderwalt for future projects. I whole heartedly recommend them.

Great work, listened to our concerns, explained things clearly. This was a very extensive bathroom remodel - rebuilding walls, tiling bath/shower area, installing shower doors, installing a window, moving heat vent, installing flooring .! Our bathroom was a nightmare and they made it a dream! Looks great, much more functional, easier to clean.

Very willing to discuss any concerns and provide information. The job is not complete as of this posting, but, everything looks really good, thus far, and goals are being met.
