Our floors look better than I ever thought possible. I don't know why we waited so long! We will definitely do more.

Excellent work. Moved furniture and was very professional. Had a problem with one of the floor boards after it was sanded and finished. John was very professional. He came back and said he would fix the problem since he missed It the first time. He came back and did a really great job and I would hire him without a doubt.

They did a good job and even helped move the furniture.

Workers were sloppy and got coatings on moldings. Workers did not adequately plastic/cover surfaces that needed to be protected. Workers did not get into corners that required hand work. Workers did not remove wooden saddles that needed to be refinished. Workers cracked mirror on wall-unit. Owner never returned my call regarding these issues.

This company was hired to refinish two bedrooms, no stain needed. John was very nice when he came to do the estimate, but not there for the actual job. When floors are refinished you cannot go in until hours after the work so. So when I called later about a minor concern, a closet, he informed me that it would $250 for him just to walk in the door! Was a totally different person after he got paid. Would not recommend.

John was very patient when it came to my job. Unfortunately I badly sprained my ankle the day before he was set to give me an estimate. I wanted to go through with the job but needed him to wait until my ankle is healed. It took longer than expected to get over the ankle I didn't start the job until four months later. He honored his original estimate and was very patient with my situation. His workers were prompt, professional and neat. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

MAKE SURE YOU DISCUSS EVERY MINOR DETAILS WITH HIM BEFORE YOU DECIDE ON HIRE HIM. THE MAN REMOVED THE BASE MOLDINGS AND CHARGE ME TO PUT THEM BACK AND DID NOT EVEN CAULKING THEM. LEFT ME WITH AN ON FINISH JOB THAT I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO FINISH THE JOB.

John's Hardwood Floors John only did last phase in my project - put 3 coats of polyurethane. BUT to send and put 1 coat of stain he send his 2 employees. Older guy, probably, only send the floors and younger (chubby) put stain. Now you judge quality of their work. My project was: 500 sq. ft - Send the floor and stain with 1 coat of stain and 3 coats of polyurethane. I supplied materials. My stain - Minwax special walnut 224 oil. And MY Polyurethane: Basic Coatings STREETSHOEA NXT Waterbased Wood Floor Finish Satin.
