Tyler offered me a much less expensive alternative but I decided to go with the original plan. He was able to solve a related problem that three other companies charged me to solve. My only regret is that I can not offer them more than five stars. The Best!

They left my house totally as they found it! Plus, they took the time to explain everything to me.

The crew arrived on time. They worked neatly and quickly and took great care with keeping things clean as they worked. Rob was very knoledgeable. He has worked with his crew for a long time.

Rob was very knowledgeable about the whole process because he used to DO THE WORK HIMSELF for many years. This is very important because the other estimate I received was from a salesman who had knowledge of the "process" but not of how the work really needed to be done. For example, the french drain works best when it is right up against the walls. The other company proposed to go around many of the things in my basement i.e.: hot water heater etc. Rob knew that was not the best way for the job to be done. He brainstormed and got the job done correctly! They replaced my sump pump with a more efficient one that I hear working much more often than the old one I had in there. Also, Rob makes a diagram for his crew with EVERY detail on it so there are no questions when the crew arrives at your house. In addition, he promised that he and his son would come back the next day to put some things back that had to be moved and as promised, the next morning, they were at my door to do as promised. YOU DON'T GET THINGS AS PROMISED FROM ALL COMPANIES! Everything was cleaned up quite nicely after (they even swept my driveway from the concrete debris). One last thing, Rob doesn't take a dime until the job is completed! So, you won't have to pay someone and then be unhappy with their work.

Rob was very knowledgeable. Explained the project from start to finish. Highly...highly would recommend!!!

He is a " TRUE PROFESSIONAL" in his business. Unlike another contractor who sent a " Sales person ", who was more interested in KNOCKING the work done by the previous contractor, even though I had no issue's with the system for 14 years, who also never made any attempt diagnosis the problem, ( if he had , as Rob had done he would have found the issue was a faulty sump pump, not the system.) My sincere appreciation for Coulter.

Did the job in a very short time frame.

Rob, the owner personally handled my estimate and also supervised the complicated portion of the job. I had a difficult location due to water and sewer pies; and Rob and Martin, the foremen, as well as the crew did a wonderful job avoiding any problems. I was particularly impressed with the fact that they called before coming out for the estimate and before coming out for the job. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of their work - they went above and beyond in meeting my concerns. Their prices were very reasonable and they showed up and completed on time. They are a great company!

The guys at Coulter Systems knew exactly what we needed, their initial bid was the lowest and they were willing to give us a free Siphon Sump Pump($1200.00 value) to earn our business. Their contractor team showed up the next week exactly - on time and Wowed us with their performance. 4 guys worked like a clock and finished the entire job by 5 PM. Their workmanship was excellent, they explained every question we had, they addressed every concern, and once they were done they cleaned up - literally washed the basement walls, floors and driveway. We're very happy with the work and the job that was done.

This company tells you what the problem is and how they can correct it without blowing the problem out of proportion or inflating their ability to fix the problem or their price. I think this company is the best of the best. I interviewed three other companies and I am very happy and satisfied that I choose Coulter Systems.

SOMEONE WHO GETS RIGHT TO THE POINT OF THE PROBLEM IS GOOD

Excellent in virtually all aspects of the job. Mainly, the drainage and water issues in our crawl space and basement are APPARENTLY resolved at this point. We have not had a problem since the work was completed on April 16, 2011.
