Mike and his crew put in a multi-unit HVAC install into my building in Baltimore City. It was a complicated install, with multiple runs of power and coolant lines and with condensers installed in several places on my building. We received multiple quotes and Mike gave us an excellent price. Mike showed up when he said he'd show up, even in inclement weather, and the work progressed as per the expectations that he'd set. Mike and his crew were conscientious about cleaning up the job site every evening and the work is now complete, with all of the units working well. We intend to use Mike as our vendor for subsequent projects!

We used Deans back in January and left a 5-star review. But since then things have changed, took a deposit for the job and then delayed starting appts. Not honoring the warranty on the previous job and HVAC new unit not working and will not fix. Really disappointed because he used to be very good responsive and nice to work with. Not anymore, something changedl.

In researching the installation of a brand new central air system I got four bids. Dean's Heating & Air Conditioning saved us from the over-charging, poorer quality large commercial options - which there are too many of. Michael Dean is a conscientious, experienced craftsman who takes pride in his work, joy in figuring out challenging jobs, and backs up his work with a personal guarantee that means something when your name is on the business. The team did a full design and installation of a two-zone, 6-ton Trane central air conditioning system without taking up an inch of our living space. Amazing! One large company didn't even want to bid on the job when they learned that our historic 1920 Dutch Colonial home had no existing ductwork. Michael and his team took on the challenge, finding space in the walls, attic, and basement that I didn't even know we could use. We couldn't be happier with the result: perfectly cut openings for the vents and returns, beautiful ductwork, and a personal guarantee that I believe in. I couldn't recommend Dean's more highly.

Deans heating displayed excellent customer service. They were prompt,friendly and did an excellent job. They explained everything to me and were accommodating, Dean came out to install my furnace, even though he was on vacation, what a Awesome guy.

The process was hassle-free, cost-effective. All contract terms were met, all activities were handled on-time and efficiently. We will have our service with Dean's and unhesitatingly recommend this contrator.

Mike and his team did an excellent job and went above and beyond to replace our duct system that had rusted and collapsed. This was not an easy job b/c our duct work is under the house in a crawl space. ]hey took the time to assess the space and our problems and designed a system that works better than what was there before. They were very professional and Mike explained things every step of the way. If you want someone who is thorough, pays attention to detail and customizes a solution that works for your specific needs, I would highly recommend Deans Heating & Air Conditioning! After doing some research I know proper installation of an AC unit is very important. I hired Deans because they took the time and effort to evaluate our system to make sure we had the best results. We had a new hvac system installed. New duct work is beautiful. Deanâ  s did a wonderful job. They came recommended from my mom who had them install a new unit in her home. We are so pleased we called them. Very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. You will not be dissatisfied with Deanâ  s heating and air conditioning.

After working with Dean's, I doubt I could be convinced to contract with a 'big' provider ever again - even if their price was half off! From the first contact, the owner was very clear, always available, and very easy to work with. My AC had gone out three times in a week (had BGE Home out each time). Lisa maneuvered the schedule to get us in 1.5 weeks earlier than planned. When I called the owner to let him know the AC was out, again, he said "I have a portable AC unit; I'm loading it into my truck and will be right over." This was at 9:00 at night! Everything was done to perfection - nothing is halfway or 'good enough' for Dean's - the wiring is even made to look photo-ready. There are absolutely no half measures, no "we don't do that" comments or messes left behind. I cannot give any higher praise than this...I am recommending Dean's to everyone I know, even my church. My only regret is that I have only found one other job for Dean's to perform; they are installing a bathroom light/vent where there is currently only a light. Dean's is the only choice for great people, providing great value, great work (guaranteed), and great service before, during, and after the job. Dean Heating and Air Conditioning provide exceptional service and I do not give compliments unless service providers earn it and Dean did! We have an old home which we are painfully remodeling. Dean installed central air and did a super job. He was efficient and the price was fair. My husband said we would do a bump out of the wall for the return but when I saw it, I did not like it. Mike was right on it and ran the ductwork behind the wall. It turned out beautiful. He then went a step above and fixed a split system we had installed by someone else. It was not cooling because the guy who installed it did not do it properly and the freon leaked out. Mike Dean is my go-to guy for ALL things heating and air conditioning. I highly recommend him, you will not regret it!

My experience with Deanâ s HVAC was great! Iâ m still so happy. It will be two years in October since I had the entire system replaced. I went from an oil furnace to a heat pump. Also needed a brand new AC unit. The price was very affordable and the company followed up with me as promised for the AC unit when it was time to start that rolling. Very professional and did a superb job. Very neat and clean. Itâ s one of the best investments I made for my home.

My story starts like a lot of sad stories. I was taken advantage of by an unscrupulous electrician. I bought a ductless unit to put in my studio apartment. I had called several HVAC companies, none of them would install the unit because it wasn't theirs . The man that lived in the studio is a nasty man who suggested a friend of his (the unscrupulous electrician) who said he could do the electoral work and knew an HVAC guy to finish the install. Needless to say, he wired the unit ,told me the HVAC guy would be out, said he needed the money and disappeared. No HVAC guy showed. Not having any money left, I asked friend after friend if they knew anyone who could help me. My friend Lee recommended Mike Dean. When he came to the house I explained everything. Mike was kind and listen, explained what he could do and started 2 days after we talked. Mike did a fantastic job, never asked for any money up front and charged me the least amount that he could (which was money I had to barrow ). While checking the electrical box Mike realized one of the breakers in the box had been installed wrong. It was not even the breaker to the unit but he saw it and brought it to my attention. He said it could spark a fire and should be fixed. I explained that I had no money and that I would call him next month when I got some money, he agreed and left. 10 minutes later Mike is at my door with a new breaker and installed it for free. The kindness and compassion Mike showed me I will not forget and it makes me feel good to know that there are still good people out there willing to help. The unit works great, he did a fantastic job and probably saved my house from catching fire. How do you thank someone for that?
