Jack is an experienced, honest, and expert contractor. He was reliable from the time he gave us estimates and is still checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly and operating correctly. From our experience, Jack absolutely exceeded expectations. Past contractors did not exceed our expectations. Given his over 30-years experience, Jack has also built a great crew around him. He helped us think through what improvements we wanted to make around the house and we will use him again in the future. Jack Frey is an A+.

Never completed work. I had to take him to court for the work not completed he owes me over $3,500 now plus court costs. He never showed at the court hearing. When we reviewed the few windows that he did complete. The basement windows were defective and we had to replace them. The basement windows he installed were not sealed properly. He damaged our soffet after replacing one of our front windows, he never replaced it back in the J channel properly and on a windy day the soffet was damaged. Poor Workmanship, Poor communication,
