Great! Art had a creative solution to the problem that saved us money. Very grateful that he was able to come when he did. Nice man!

Art offered to come the same day. He looks at the washer and immediately knew the problem. He offered us two different solutions and explained the differences in service and price. He was done in less than 30 minutes and the washer works great!

Excellent. Art arrived on time, was neatly dressed and immediately got to work. Our old dryer was making screeching noises and Art immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired the rollers. He was there less than an hour and explained everything he did. Would hire again in an instant.

Art has a wealth of knowledge and years of experience and that was evident when he repaired our leaky washing machine. Art was working in our neighborhood the day we called for service and Art was able to visit later that day. Within thirty minutes Art had diagnosed the problem, repaired it and was off to his next job. We were very satisfied with the service provided.

Art's was out within 24 hours after I called. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the problem part. Was knowledgeable, courteous and professional, and also kind to the toddler and pets (which is always appreciated)

It went well. The screeching stopped. We called Art at 9 AM - he was at the house at 12 and finished in less than 30 minutes.

Called Art's number Sunday evening at 5:00. Received a return call within the hour to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon (would have come earlier but could not be home until later afternoon). Took Art 10 minutes to identify and fix the problem. He certainly knows his machines. Honest, professional and kind. Will hire him again in a minute.

It went very well.

He was very responsive for scheduling me quickly and very apologetic that he did not have the part in his truck. He went to get the required parts and had the job completed by 4:30 rather than making me wait another day or two to get back to me. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will recommend him to anyone in the area that needs washer or dryer service.

After trying to diagnose the problem & replace a few parts that usually fail myself, I decided it was time to call in an expert. I gave Art's W&D a call and a woman (I'm guessing his wife) answered and set me up for an appointment the very next day (a Saturday). On Saturday Art arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes to be my timer module. He let me know it would be a few days to get the part as it was the weekend and that he would call the following Wednesday. Sure enough on Wednesday he replaced the part and we were back in business. Art does great work, shows up on time, and doesn't try to cheat you on price. I would definitely hire him for any other Washer / Dryer repairs and have already recommended him to others.

Art has been here before to work on our dryer. He is a pleasant, knowledgeable man. He had our washer fixed in less than a half hour. He carries a stock of washer parts, so he was able to replace our hose in the same visit. We would recommend Art and his repair work to anyone.

Repaired the washer. The stem was not spinning. Also repaired the dryer which was not generating any heat. The drums in both units had to be disassembled and assembled back for the parts to be changed. I called around 11am on a Saturday and the owner took the call and came in around 2pm. He was very knowledgeable. The services were very reasonably priced and it costed less than a $100 including the visit, parts and everything else. I am so glad I chose this firm.

I called this morning and he was able to fit me in today.  You can't beat that. And for my last appointment in April, he worked around my work schedule which I really appreciated.  Since my first appointment with him, I have talked to to two other people who have used him and were happy also. He is a very nice man and I will definitely keep using him.

Art came and was very nice figured out the problem immediatly and fixed it. will recommend him to everyone.

I work midnights and was sleeping when my daughter let Art in. He worked on the dryer in the very next room and never woke me up. Ya can't put a price on that kind of consideration.

He was able to schedule a repair the same day that I called.   He showed up in the afternoon as promised and called shortly before he arrived.   He took the dryer completely apart to get to the broken sensor and replaced it.   While the dryer was apart he cleaned it and confirmed that it was working before he left.   He also noticed and repaired a whole in the duct from the dryer to the outside (critical safety catch for a gas dryer).    

I've used him before  for a washer repair and highly recommend Art's.   I wish he repaired more than washers and dryers.   My first experience was based on the Angie's list reviews so thanks to everyone who uses Angie's list and writes a review afterwards.
