They did a excellent job at $3,000 less then other people we called they always say there’s two sides to every story and I got the truth about the people who gave this guy a bad review They even got me a better heater at the same price bc they didn’t have the one he ordered in stock they did the work replacing and putting in the new furnace in 4 hours. They came out on Wednesday the same day I called and installed the heater on Friday morning. I was suppose to get a 120,000 BTU but the warehouse didn’t have that one so I got a 140,000BTU at the same price with a longer warranty 25 years. Michael and his father is top man’s in my book. They know there stuff.

He took the dual capacitor and refused to return it. He was paid a $95 service fee. I guess stealing a part either guarantees the work (he wanted us to install a brand new unit for $2800) or causes future problems. Let's just say it caused us problems. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

They did an excellent job but I think it was a little bit to high. They did a good job. When they finished everything worked, everything was nice and neat. They cleaned up after themselves and it didn't take long. They could lower the price a little bit. They came right away.

Overall the service was average. The delivery of the product was later then I had been told it would be. The major problem lied within scheduling the delivery of the product. The assistant who I dealt with on the phone, who I later learned was the owner's wife, was extremely rude and unprofessional. On several instances she actually hung up on me while I was trying to find out when the service men would be coming to my house. She also refused to allow me to speak with the owner / her husband. Due to her actions and rude behaviors I will never use this company again.
