These people are not nice. James is awful! As soon as they got their money they wouldnâ t take our calls. The plumbing their employees installed is not working and now the owner James refuses to send anyone out to fix it. They keep making fake appointments telling us someone will be out and no one shows up. He stated they fired their employee Rich for doing side work but he never did side work for us. We couldnâ t even get Rich to show up most days to complete our scheduled work. Nonetheless the work is supposed to be guaranteed by 1776 Plumbing and they are not standing by their paperwork and warranty. They took advantage and instead of doing the right thing they want us to go away after THOUSANDS were spent for plumbing services. I want my money back or the work fixed as your paperwork shows!

They came within a day, did solid work installing a new hose bib where none was before. Cleaned up, Very reasonable price. They don't seem like the type of outfit that makes you jump through a ton of hoops and has a service call fee just to give an estimate.

These guys were amazing. They walked us through everything and let us know what was going on every step of the way. The value for the work done was unmatched. They did amazing work and we noticed an instant improvement in drainage (with a few tips on things to lengthen the life of our pipes too). The work took two days, only because the township had to inspect the next day. Only issue was my baby tree that got squished, but they immediately replaced it (which they did not have to do, but they went above and beyond). They also saved me years of waiting for growth in that tree. Thank you guys again! We sincerely appreciate everything ya'll did.

They are outstanding, they were professional, got everything done in a timely manner, showed up when they said they are going to, they were prompt.
