Prompt, professional, and proficient! Called for an estimate to replace a rubber roof on a porch. Needed to be completed in 2 weeks. Roof completed in one day and best of all...a week early! Given an estimate that was spot on. Roof has 3 leaks that were found during a home inpection. Abel and Son were the perfect choice. Last week, Mr Abel called to thank me for my prompt payment! What a nice, professional service! Will definitely call again in the future for any kind of roofing work!

His name is Rick Abel and he is a very good friend of mine. I would give him very high ratings. Their customer service is very good and they respond immediately. They pay attention to detail and they cleaned up after the job. I would absolutely use them again.

The overall job of putting on the roof was completed in a day but a week later when we had high winds and rain they had to return to fix a leak. They were prompt in returning our call concerning the leak and fixed it promptly.

They did a good job in a timely manner. We had a couple of shingles fly off in a storm and they came out immediately and repacked them down. We haven't had a problem with it since them. I think they did a good job. They were competitive on price. We have another little small rental house and my husband has used them twice for that house. The quality is fine. We haven't had any problems except when those few shingle blew up. We get a lot of wind from the north, but I don't think that is very unusual. We have a farm behind us so it blows up. They came out immediately and checked it and repacked anything that looked loose. When we had a problem, they responded very quickly. It was not an issue. They were punctual and fairly flexible. It ended up that they put us in line as they were doing other roofs and they were able to bump us up by a week because it is just the way things sell out. I am sure it is seasonal for roofs. It is hard to say for the other times of the year but when we put it on, it worked. It was very timely. They did great on that. Their professionalism was fine. I think I would use them again.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate. When the date and time arrived (between 9 and 10 AM) I was waiting at the house. They never showed up. For one hour after the scheduled time I tried to call them. The call went to an answering service. Finally I told the answering service to cancel the appointment. They never called to postpone or set another appointment.. All in all a very unprofessional group.

Very polite and very concerned about our (my) misunderstanding. He was willing to go the extra mile to make things right.

As smoothly as possible. They found some rotting planks, and we had them replace some bad soffit and fascia. TIme and materials was put in place for this overage, but extra fees were reasonable.

It went well. He gave me a good price, they came back and fixed any problems that occured in the beginning. Part of the roof didn't adhere well and they came back and fixed it with no problem.

I called for an estimate, Rick Abel was prompt, available and the job was done for the amount of his quote. All throughout the process, Rick and Lloyd were quick to answer questions and always available. The men were friendly, efficient and cleaned up their work areas well. The finished project looks wonderful.
