Called them on Thursday... Came out Friday to take a look... Came back Saturday to install new water filtration system! An absolute pleasure to work with! Very friendly, helpful, quick and efficient!

These guys know what they are doing! I had culligan come in and they tried to sell me a 4800 dollar system. Water Medic tested my water and installed a similar system for half the cost and they fixed an outside hose valve at no extra cost ! Great company highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with the work done by Water Medic. They knew exactly what type of water treatment system to install to fix our issues and after several months it is still working perfectly, with no more ugly stains in the toilets or sinks. They went above and beyond, agreeing to work in a torn-apart, hot and smelly basement, with no complaints at all. Very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me patiently. Highly recommended!

Their response was quick and the installation was done professionally. Rep and installer very polite and they cleaned up after the installation. They tested the water free of charge and explained the system to a "city girl" who knows nothing about water filtration. This was my first exposure to this kind of system. A true pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for or in need of water purification/filtration in your home.

A whole house filter was installed, due to water test that showed high copper content. The filter goes on & off, but hasn't changed the fact that the ph level is too high. Been buying bottled water, & still after 5 days, cannot drink the water.
