Other than the installation time was a little off everything went very well. Fast efficient and clean. Saw a difference in the waters quality within a day.

I had the system installed, two weeks later water pressure went down and the water heater started making a noise. I called them to report the issue, they said they will contact me, but never contacted me to fix the issue. I might need a lawyer! After all, I paid over a thousand $$$ for this work!

Hands down the VERY BEST experience I’ve ever had with any installer. The timing, price, and communication were flawless. If anyone is experiencing poor water quality, do NOT hesitate to hire this team. The equipment immediately fixed our issues with high iron, bad taste, and hard calcium build up. We now have better flowing pipes and no more surprise bursts of clay from the well.

This company is all about what you need and not about making an extra buck. Very hard to find true genuine workers looking out for both the customer and the company. They went above and beyond to fix a leak issue I had. I felt like I had a friend over instead of a greedy person looking to make an extra buck.

It was very pleasant to work with the Water Medic company. They gave very detailed explanations and advise during our first meeting for the estimate. They performed a water test before and after the water filtration system was installed. The installation was done in a professional, timely manner.
