Excellent company to work with! Dan O'kane my saleman was extremely helpful through the design process, and his deligent crew who took great lengths to produce beautiful pool on schedule made the experiance well worth my investment. I am extemely happy with the results and highly recommend Premier Pool to anyone looking to remodel their pool.

Premier resurfaced our in-ground pool, replaced the diving board and did a fabulous job. We also used them to re-do the decking around the pool, for which they used a subcontractor (which we agreed to in advance). Unfortunately, the subcontractor did a terrible job on the stamped concrete deck. They left our yard a mess and the job unfinished. HOWEVER, Premier stood behind their contract 100%. They contacted another decking company, had the decking completely re-done, upgraded and as an extra bonus, resurfaced our drive where the original sub had spilled concrete. Premier worked with us all summer to ensure the job was done right, to our satisfaction. While it took considerably longer than anticipated, Premier went above and beyond to help and stayed with us throughout. Amy was wonderful (although I believe she's since left the company). I only hope they hire a replacement who will be as conscientious as she was. Premier has a customer for life, if I ever need additional repairs or work done on our poo.

They are were unbelievable! They completed our pool was ahead of schedule. Everything was completed and clean and truly just perfect.

A painful/frustrating experience that was many weeks behind with little/no communication from the company. Lack of customer service. I had to constantly chase them to get any updates and when I did get hold of them, the answer was telling me of another delay. Part of the project was installing new lights and because they didn't ask what system we used, they installed the wrong ones.

I hired Premier Pools to remodel my pool -- the work is to be completed in the spring of 2019. The estimate and proposal process was easy. Dan answered all of my questions and customized the design to match what we wanted. Looking forward to transforming our backyard! I will update the review when the work is compete.

Please post. As of 7/25/2017 nothing has changed: Contracted with this company on March 1st 2016 to renovate my pool and pool deck with a completion date of mid May 2016. We were able to use the pool at the end of June. This is August 7th 2016 and the pool is still not complete. There are issues with the plaster at one of the pool returns & in the spa not being poured correctly around the jets and stones sticking up from the bottom of the spa. The pool cover anchors still need to be installed. I have been trying to get a schedule for 5 weeks now and as of this past Thursday they are failing to respond. Their previous responses: "we have to check with the service guy who was out"; "we are very busy with other customers"; the Thursday prior to this past one was "they still needed to talk to their service guy, but would be out the next day (Friday). Lack of communication, quality of service, follow-up, customer service and project management are all huge negative issues with this company.

My wife had already gotten estimate from Premier last year. We moved forward on Friday and the work is almost complete. The 3 crews that have been here have been great. Very Pleased.

I am satisfied with the overall quality of the work provided, but their customer service skills are not good. They would tell me someone will call or come out on a certain day and then no one would call or come out. It seemed the only time they would come out and continue the project was when I would call them. Doing the demolition they left divots in my driveway and did not offer to fix them. And not once, even when completed, did they ask if I was satisfied, had any questions, or if everything was to my liking.

I was very happy with choice I made using Premier. They were very organized and professional. Dan the salesman was honest and they came and did the work when they said. I can recommend them highly.

I called on Saturday with an issue I needed corrected quickly as home inspection uncovered some issues.. Scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. Its now Weds at 3:30pm and the pool light junction box, electrical panel at equipment area and GFI breakers have all been corrected. Great Work -good price.

We just bought a home and were told lots of work had to be done to the pool by a disreputable company. Then Premier came out told us what had to be done - the TRUTH. They replastered and installed a new pump and filter. I respect their honesty. Thanks Premier!

work is professional and well done. Scheduling stinks. The workmanship when they do show up makes up for the tardines.

We were impressed with their representative that came to look at our pool. He described the process that they would do for renovation, and gave us options about when the job could be done. After meeting with three other companies and checking Premier's references, we have signed a contract to renovate our pool in the Spring.

All they do is pool renovations and it shows. Very Professional. I highly recommend Premier. Dan and Brett were great and our PM who was out today was fantastic. A+

Complete pool remodeling project. Started the work as planned. Project manager onsite and constant communication impressed me. Works was done in 1 week. The crews were great. I am very pleased with the way the project was done. I can recommend Premier without hesitation.

Kept appointments on-time, thorough measurement of pool for new cover, quick estimate response, and submitted contract proposal in professional manner.

We agreed to do a portion of the work now this Fall and the balance in the Spring. They came out as scheduled and did exactly as promised. I am very impressed by the professional way in which they conducted themselves during this work. I would highly recomend Premier Pool Renovations.
