Description of Work: manage 4 apartments for me. Excellent in finding tenants. I get a prompt call when repairs or problems occur. they have contractors to make repairs quickly and reasonably priced. their staff takes care of tenant legal problems and go to court for me. they prepare tenant leases. their management fee is 7% and reasonable.

 + -1 moreI had been trying to contact the service provider to get them to manage my property for my upstairs units. After so many calls, voicemails and playing phone tag with Ernie I asked to speak to someone else and her name was Gabrielle, she finally gave me some information and told me they don't service my area. The phone tag went on for a week and I feel like I could have went with another company to get them to service me but instead I spent a week trying to contact a company that doesn't service my area. I was very specific in multiple voicemails saying what area I needed service in and he had returned my calls still and didn't once say that he didn't service the area I specified and this is very unprofessional.
Description of Work: Information for them renting out my apartment property.

 + -1 moreThey always find tenants in a short period of time. They have repair contractors available all the time to do work on the properties, especially emergency work. They charge a reasonable management fee, which is 7% of the monthly rent, and they always respond to my calls.
Description of Work: I use Micozzie Realtors for property management. They find tenants for my properties and collect the rent. They also schedule repairs as needed.
