Great Experience with Foglia Builders (Sep 2024). Replaced a 30-year-old roof. All communications, scheduling and processes were outstanding. Joe, Stacey and Ed answered all questions in a straightforward and honest manner. They may not have been the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive either. I had a few of the big box roofers come in and never got a good feeling from them. And most came in way too high and wanted to play games. Add Foglia to your short list and give them a call.

I contacted other contractors and FBI was by far the best to deal with. Strait up business, no BS no used car salesman tactics, best price, great service and clean up. Job done in one day. A+ job and people.

I have had Foglia Builders replace the roof on my home and garage. They also replaced a gutter on my house with a wider gutter to help with the runoff of rain water which was overflowing the original gutter. I would recommend this company for any project you have.

The did a fantastic job! The salesman (Ed) was great and the owner was very nice too. They kept me apprised of when the install would occur and completed it within one day. The work was completed, and the installers were professional and cleaned up everything once they were finished.

Answered every question I had. Worked is beyond my expectations.

Work was done quick. Spoke to the Representative Nick about keeping existing gutters and just reattaching/anchoring them with the bolt in fasteners. Did not review contract close enough, It just stated to reattach gutters. Should have been clued in that it didn't say how they were to be reattached. A couple of months later my gutter that is 3 floors up is coming off of my house. I quickly went to email Stacey and Joe to just check to see what they had to say. My assumption was that the gutters were attached with new anchors. They were not! In my nicely worded email I just asked what their thoughts were. Wasn't asking for anything else. Joe quickly called me and took defense as if I was demanding something. I just wanted to explain that I was misled to believe that the gutter should have been attached with better anchors. So here is my warning to be cautious because they are not even courteous enough to tell you why they can't do something. So my reattached gutter were simply just hammered back in and not attached as expected. My fault for not getting it in writing. But Joe didn't need to attack me on the phone when he called me and didn't let me get a word in edge wise. Best of Luck

Very responsive. I called over a weekend and they responded quickly and were able to perform the work within a week from the initial contact. Easy to work with and trustworthy. I live out of town and all the interaction was done by phone calls and e-mail. The work was high quality and they were very professional.
