Foglia Builders did an excellent job of replacing our shingles. They were on time very neat. The job looks great.

Foglia Builders were a wonderful group to work with. Available materials, insurances, and warranties were very clear. Because of COVID, delays were necessary, yet work was completed very quickly and cleanup was complete. The roof looks great and follows the requirements of the townhome neighborhood.

No problems with the job other than the Corona Virus delaying the start. Two weeks after they were allowed to start working again they came and completed my roof in one day. Cleaned up nice. Joe is great to deal with . He is very informative when explaining the work to be done.

Foglia Builders did a great job, highly recommended. Did everything I wanted even cleaned the outside of my gutters made them look brand new. One thing that I really liked about them, found out my roof decking was bad and replaced it. (Thank god they told me because maybe some other roofing companies might not have).

He also stopped by two or more times to make sure that the installation was going well, and to keep me updated on the progress. Joe and his crew did an excellent job on our roof. We love the Owens Corning three dimensional shingles, and the best part is the 50 year warranty on them. Joe and his team arrived early in the morning and worked all day. They finished half the roof but had to wait a couple of days due to the snow. All was completed and clean up was continuous. The guys were great. I had a new driveway put in so they brought in a trailer for the trash instead of a dumpster that could have damaged the new driveway. The pricing was competitive and Joe worked with the pricing when I requested the shed roof be replaced too. I would recommend Foglia Buliders, Inc to anyone. Thank you Joe and Stacey.

I m a retired builder and remodeler. The Foglia crew was efficient, hard working and paid attention to detail. The salesman fully explained the material and process and followed up after the sale. The folks in the office were always polite and responsive. Btw, the price was right.

I can't say enough good things about Foglia Builders. Everyone was terrific. After getting a few quotes to replace a very old roof with two layers of shingles, we decided to work with Foglia. Guy came by and did the quote and explained everything in detail and we felt very comfortable with him.Unlike one of the other companies, he actually went on the roof to really know what was needed. I talked to Stacy on the phone a number of times and she answered every question I had and was very helpful. Joe kept us informed all thru the process and Marcia was awesome. I came home the day the roof was being done and needed to get our dogs out of the house for a walk. She helped me untangle leashes, hold one of the pups, get us out of the construction area safely and did the same when I brought them back after the walk. She was very informative about what was going on and what still needed to be done. You can't go wrong in choosing this company for your roofing needs!.

Recommend highly! Quick initial response to our request for information, on a holiday weekend no less! We received a reasonable price quote within a day. They were professional throughout the process and the owner made sure to keep tabs on the entire process. They even helped us with patching our roof until our schedule allowed for the actual replacement. Their unobstrusive crew had the job completed in a day and were meticulous as to cleaning up afterwards. We didn t want to put on a new roof but they made the whole process run smoothly. Foglia Buiders kept in touch with us through every step of the job. When the day came for my new roof, they arrived early in the morning. they stripped the old shingles off, made repairs, and installed the new shingles - everything was finished a few hours later. Its a small roof, but thats fast! They did a really nice job, cleaned up all materials and and were very friendly and courteous. great experience all around!
