Tim made two visits to help me get my drain snaked and flowing properly. He did an excellent job and was very professional.

I first spoke to Tim when our dishwasher broke. Even though it turns out he doesn’t repair appliances, and wasn’t going to make any money from my project, he wasn’t in a rush to get me off the phone, and was actually very helpful. This fact, plus his excellent ratings and reviews made me very comfortable calling him when our hot water heater went out a week later. Tim showed up the next day with a high quality product and gave us courteous service and a professional installation. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Tim was great to work with. Gave us an estimate within a couple days after going on Home Advisor. Up front about all costs and work being done. Very professional and friendly and readily available to answer questions and keep us in the loop on the progress. The drywall person did a fantastic job and cleaned up all debris, covering all carpeting with very little mess. We went over the finished bathroom with Tim and he corrected a few minor things without an issue! We would definitely recommend him to others!! We are so happy with our updated bathroom!!

Excellent experience. Tim came to the house the day before the project to check out all the work that needed to be done (installation of 4 new faucets) to make sure they came prepared with all of the materials they would need. They arrived on time, were polite and personable, not put off by out curious dog. They completed the work on time and cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks and performs beautifully. We couldn't be more pleased.

I was fortunate that mine was not a critical problem. Even so, he scheduled us the next business day and did the work quickly and efficiently. He spent enough time with me on the phone scheduling the appointment that he was able to come with the non-standard items he needed to complete the work. That saved time and frustration. I would definitely call on him again.

He took his time and was thorough, gave me an analysis of what he thought the issues were and a step by step plan of what he intended to do. They missed a scheduled appointment but promptly rescheduled and arrived exactly on time. The work turned out to be more difficult than anticipated. They didn't ask but I volunteered to pay more than the estimate. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

After trying to get 4 different plumbing companies to return calls or provide an estimate, I called on Alliance. Tim (owner) was very quick to return my call, provide an estimate and schedule the work. He followed up twice to confirm and showed up on time as scheduled. Tim and his associate (Brian) worked very cleanly and professionally. The work was done perfectly and the overall experience was great. The pricing was extremely fair too. I will be referring Alliance to everyone I know that needs a great plumber at a great price.

Well Tim from Alliance plumbing was very good at getting ahold of me, he called quite a bit till i answered and he did work well with my schedule. However! His work was not very professional. I have a maintenance background and simply did not have the time to do this project at my house. I asked him to replace my two drain pipes that were cast iron with pvc and move one of my toilets back about 8". Yes he did do this, and there are currently no leaks. But he didn't replace the WHOLE pipe, he put the fitting at eye level and left the rest of it the old pipe for both drains. The toilet he moved back, now will not fill up after being flushed. The two areas that he was working in (freshly painted a week before) are now stained from whatever he did and he didn't care to tell me about it before he "ran"out of my house. He left his old dirty, moldy drop cloth (wasn't even big enough to cover my whole carpet so I provided my own) in my dining room and when I told him about it he said he didn't need it back. One of the pipes he replaced was above my ceiling, now the pipe is ran below my ceiling and is directly in front of my window. I am not happy with him or his company and will never refer him to anyone.
