 + -1 moreOrdered the stairs, they came, and when I assembled them, I ran into all sorts of small problems. Shipment came with video tape for help, but the tape was no good. They were comedians on the tape, and everything went perfectly for them. For me, nothing was perfect. Everything was misaligned and it was just poor workmanship. The company admitted this to me. Intially they were helpful and offered me a free door or gate, but I just wanted help. I called them again, but they were not helpful. I had to redrill all the holes to realign. I gave up contacting them.
Description of Work: They just built the stores and shipped them as a kit.
