We needed to replace our well pump and since we had no water they came right away . The job was completed in a timely manner. Very professional , I highly recommend them.

They came right out when they found out I had no water, They were fast professional and explained each item as to why something needed to be replaced and why something should be replaced and what code is and should be .. Fair and knowledgeable . very happy

I like that Tom was the first one to call out of the gate and set up and appointment for the next day (when I was available). They called prior to the visit. Did a good review of the issue and explained the products they used. I liked the fact that they were personable and once the price was set, there was no hidden add ons. He even super chlorinated the well to insure there were no issues with odor of poor water quality. Tom took the time to explain the system and reviewed the warranty on the expansion tank and equipment associated with it. They didn't delay on getting parts, they had a well stocked vehicle with quality high end parts... I would recommend them.

They came out the next day and replaced the well pump. Right away.

I was extremely satisfied with Aqua Pure Pumps’ service. They arrived at my home the time we agreed on. They were very professional and efficient, they were able to diagnosis the problem quickly and explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. I had no water coming into my home; they were able to fix the problem that day! They didn't have to leave and come back with parts. I highly recommend them and I would hire them again in a second!

Update: we were later told by two other companies that adding chlorine was the worst thing to do.

The first thing that impressed me was how fast do they responded to my request. they arrived on time and were very professionals. The evaluation was fast and and fair, they has all the equipment and finished the job efficiently. Price though, pretty expensive, taking in consideration that the Pump was not so expensive and that they finished pretty fast. In general, I hire those people again.

GREAT WORK, EVEN REPAIRED MY PREVIOUS INSTALLERS LOUSY WORK, DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER...THESE ARE THE GO TO GUYS.

I was told they were coming for $120. When they got to my home it was going to be an extra $420 that I did not have. They took credit but I had budgeted for $120. The whole job was going to cost me about 1700. Not so bad but i did it for 500. All they were able to tell me was my pump was broken which I knew. The price for these people was not clear.

These guys were professional and efficient. They explained everything well and got the job done in a timely manner. No running to get parts; they came prepared for everything.

The guys answered the phone directly. No answering service or voice mail. Made an appointment. Arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem. Made recommendation and quoted cost. Had all equipment, tools and parts on truck. Promptly replaced well pump,wiring, and accessory fittings. Water flowing very nicely. Nice guys. Nice job
