Steve was great. He came back over the next day to replace the old heater which was leaking. He explained everything and checked back a days later to make sure everything was working properly. Would definitely recommend Heater Express.

Very professional....very clean. They cleaned up all the water and the top of the water heater. They called the next day to insure I was still satisfied with their work. I would HIGHLY recommend them. If I have any future water heater issues I would use them again.

Technician arrived on a Sunday and changed out a 50 gallon water heater- job finished in less than 2hrs. Completely satisfied especially since it was weekend.

Steve took care of my old hot water heater warranty and Joshua came out and took the old heater back to Home Depot with me to get the warranty money back and to purchase a new heater. Very informative of what he was doing. I had hot water within 3 hours of them coming out. I would would recommend them to everyone

Everything went as planned very good job on the install

I was told the quite included everything and I even confirmed that by phone. But was charged additional $83 for tax and had to pay additional 5% if using credit card. Not happy about that.

The technician was very pleasant and considerate.

Came out with very little notice to replace the controller for my water heater ok a Friday night around 7pm. Definitely recommend. No cold showers for me

They were very curtious and clean. And the fact that they came out on a Sunday was a definiate plus! The tank had stopped working that morning. It was leaking and I did not even know it until I was getting ready to take a bath. The tank was leaking and it extingished the piolt light. Thank God I was able to find them.
