Hot water heater leaked the very next day it was installed, called the installer, he never came out, called the owner and told him hiw dissatisfied i was. He started to tell me he didnâ t want to do business with me. I asked if someone was coming out to fix it, he finally sent someone out. The first installer broke the shut off valve, bent the pan the heater sits in, He also cut my wall and got this blue goop all over the heater and wall and floor. My husband and i spent over an hour cleaning up after him. The whole tome the installer was in my house, he would say things out loud like, oh my God, I canâ t believe it or he would swear. Very unprofessional unproffesional.

Prompt, polite, quality work as quoted, good follow through, fair price. Was able to do the work 12 hours after being initially contacted. A very good experience overall.

We had an emergency with our hot water heater. I went on Angi to get a quote and to get someone out right away. I already had 1 quote from the original installer but felt like I was being misled. Water Heater Express was the only one who sent an immediate quote and said they could be there the same day. Their quote was $1000.00 less for the exact same heater. My water heater started to leek heavily on a cold Jan day. I got connected via Home Advisor to Water Heater Express. They called me within 30 mins and sent a technician out the same day. Jeff the technician was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Got a new water heater installed and valves replaced within the same day. So my hot water was back and working. Great service!
