The technician that came was very polite and courteous. We had scheduling issues but it was quickly resolved in the most professional manner. Definitely a great value for the work done. I would highly recommend them.

Steve contacted me immediately and was able to come and install new water heater that same day working well into a late weekend evening. He was very professional and personable and kept me informed during all phases of the project.

We had some complications scheduling our water heater replacement but once Steve came he took only two hours to empty the old water heater, disconnect/remove, replace with a new unit, reconnect, cart away, and "bleed" the water lines.

Steve was easy to communicate with and arrived within his scheduled time. Work was done quickly and correctly

It was a pleasure to have Steve from Water Heater Express come to my house to remove my 11 year old rusting water heater and replace it with a new high quality heater. When finished, he explained how to make temperature adjustments and he cleaned up the work area. Very professional and friendly to deal with!

They worked hard to install my water heater, pressure tank and stop valve and did it on a Sunday! They are knowledgeable and very capable.

Water heater replacement. I Needed a quick response and I got it. Steve was very thorough and fast. Also a great personality. I found nothing to nit pick about. Which is unusual for me.

I had tried all day to get my leaking water heater fixed. The first person who came took a picture of the info. on the heater went back to his truck to call his company and quoted us a price of over $1500. At my wits end at 4:30 pm I called Joe at Water Heater Express and he said he would call me right back. When he called back I told him we lived in a slab style house. He said he would come right out and got here by 5:00, fixed the heater and the pipes unil 8:30 that night! He was pleasant, neat and gave us the best price we heard all day. ALL my friends want Joe's number for any future plumbing problems they may have and we will definitely use him again and again!
