Steve the plumber when he arrived assessed the water heater, checked the system lit the pilot made sure that it was safely registering in the blue zone as required. Also, checked my water shut off valve and gave some suggestions. Steve was very courteous and arrived in the time frame that we agreed upon. The water heater was fairly new and no other problems with the system other than the pilot went out.

Came within 2 hours of the phone call. Very professional. The installation went very smoothly and the heater is working as advertised. Highly recommended.

Steve, was a gentleman and personable. He would make a good living as a comedian, he was that upbeat. His helpers were easy on the eyes, being competent females. A nice touch. I had a Rheem water heater installed. The work was timely and professional. He upgraded a gas shut-off as well. He also cemented a little bit around the exhaustion flue and tighten a leaky water main valve for me, at no extra charge. It was an early rainy day and he put us on his schedule at such a short notice. I appreciate that. The need for water doesn t wait until a nicer day for a heater to be installed. Being low on funds due to covid 19, the price was discounted. It allowed me to be able to provide for my family. Thank you to Steve, helpers, Water Heater Express and Home Advisor. I ll be sure to look you up again for my next service call. Nice job!

It was difficult to have a good communication during the installation process. Additional cost were added after an agreed price, but it was difficult to discuss over the phone with the installer. I felt I was overcharge based on the situation. The installer was more interested in my rating and feedback. I will not be hiring this company anymore and would not recommend this service for anyone

Steve came to my house within hours to fix my leaking water heater, whereas another contractor said he could not come for 2 days. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and he and his team (2 daughters) very efficiently removed and replaced the old water heater. They were very careful to avoid soiling my wet carpet. They also explained everything they had to do, and I learned quite a lot about heaters. Steve made sure I understood how to start the heater, and he talked me through the process so I would be able to do it myself. I also purchased a water sensor from him to detect any future leaks to avoid a major future leak. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with a water heater problem D. Low, MD Germantown (Phila)

I found Steve and his helpers not just good at what they do but friendly and informative. The work area was cleaner than when they got there, and they took the time to educate me on some aspect of the plumbing system in my house. In addition, where other plumber where selling me more than I needed, and he pointed out that the part in question was not needed. He also came out quickly! Thank you.

I would of had no issue but the fact I waited past the scheduled time and then was called to reschedule especially missing work. Appreciate that he came out later but I think a seven hr time window of waiting was frustrating better communication would of been appreciated.
