The young man who installed a 70 gallon tank was professional, courteous, patient and did a quality job. I use â patientâ here because he was kind enough to explain the warranty and recommended settings. Then making sure all questions were answered and I was completely satisfied.

They did a phenomenal job of showing me all the things they were going to do and even pointed out some things that needed some updating! My pressure relief regulator was on its way out and the pressure in the house was on the high side! I had no idea! So that too was fixed on top of adding a brand new gas water heater with the latest updated standards. I would highly recommend their service to anyone!

Jeff spoke with me over the phone the day before coming to my home I was told what maybe causing my water heater to not work and if so what it may cost me. I truly appreciate the straight talk I received so I canceled with a company I had coming out that day and went with Jeff which I am so glad I did. Jeff came out check the heater found the cause showed me the problem fixed it and was great I would definitely have more work done with this company if I need something else done.

I had an issue with my water heater where we weren't getting hot water on Easter Sunday. I did a search on Google for water heater repairs on Home Advisor and came across Water Heater Express. I filled out the form online and detailed my issue. Within an hour Steve called me back and I explained my issue. He assured me that he'd have someone come out the next day by 10am to come out to fix my water heater. I got a text at 9:50 that my technician Jeff was on his way. 10 minutes later he arrived. Jeff was great and was able to see the problem and the water heater was fixed by noon. The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend these guys if you have an issue with water heater or any plumbing issue.

I would recommend them to everyone. They kept me informed every step of the process. Did a great job, asked me if I was satisfied, and called the next day to be sure all was OK.

I had a hot water heater installed and Jeff did an excellent job installing it. When I called Steve to ask him about the water heater, he got right back to me. Asked me a few questions ask me to take a picture of the old one and gave me the price for the new one. Jeff even replaced my old water pressure valve.

Pros: showed up on time and was the cheapest. Cons: left a mess, forgot to reattach pipe hanger for gas pipe for support. exhaust duct was broke and came out from chimey and fumes were coming into my basement. I had to reattach and put new motar patch to repair. Lastly, my brand new door and trim work had scratches, chips and huge gouges. I gave a 2.5 value but now I think about all the time and money it cost me in repairs the vaule should be 0.5

Super job called for a quote about 11:00 am and job was done by 6 that day, first class company would use them again A-1 service thank you guys, Bob Ehrsam Hatboro Pa.
