Absolutely rude, didn't do the job as requested. Took all the money but never finished the job. So many mistakes that I think he padded the bill to charge us for the mistakes they were auto pay for. Need to have their work redone to our liking. He is our neighbor and he doesn't care if you're happy with his work as long as he's happy then it's OK. Things were installed that we told him day 1 absolutely not. Yet he was lead on the job but never told anyone else about customers disabilities and that's why we need things replaced. He was extremely rude to the wife even to the point that he talked to his wife about it but NEVER told her that he was rude and refused to apologize to a woman. Adrian is also extremely rude. Justin said Adrian would do the tile work as requested but Adrian said no. They call off for absolutely nothing. They listen to every word you say. Either them or the crew plumbers they brought tool things from my basement, opened it and then threw it away. The plumbers never turned on full pressure of water, never fully hooked up the drain on the new sink, they even snuck and turned down our water temp without saying anything leaving us with all kinds of water issues for the first 3 weeks after they left. Job still not done, we didn't buy everything from them but all the money is GONE. I think he even padded the bill to charge us for their mistakes. So many of which we ate still stuck looking at. Ask him where his Facebook page is? Wish we NEVER had them in our home. My PTSD is so bad since their disgustingly rude behavior and their total disregard for the customers disabilities but day 1 he told my husband I'd better not write a bad review about them and his Adrian calls off all the time. Usually for a long weekend. He called off cuz the neighbor went to hospital for covid. 2 weeks later she was home and need help with windows they installed and she was highly contagious but because we never said it in front of him he didn't call off like he did for the li g weekend he took after he heard she went to hospital. Disgraceful in my opinion. We even have to have the tiles taken back out of the new shower to have supports put in where handles are supposed to be put in... ya know where a nurse makes sure they are so you're able to remain in your home. Justin has NO idea where that's supposed to actually be. He wont pay to fix his mistakes. This is why I'd NEVER want them or their horrible crew in our home again. I'd give 0 stars if I could. We almost divorced over these people and Justin the Christian laughed when we told him. This is how he treats his neighbors too.

Was very nice and very professional. Even took care of a Horton's nest he found in the wall.

I waited until after the first week in August (8/8/14) to call him. He then told me that he had me down for the work to get done in September and there was NO WAY! he was going to get to me in August. I now believe his word means nothing. I guess he is disorganized or simply has too many jobs to keep up with. I refuse to wait another month to get the work done after already waiting more than three months. I would not recomment this contractor to anyone!

He is definitely quality, fair price and very easy to deal with. The experience was absolutely professional. He is very professional. His general demeanor is good, very thorough, and make sure they do a good job.

The moldings came out perfect, I was very surprised that he got the flooring to match. After all the floors are over 30 years old.

We were very, very happy with him. He was timely and cleaned up after himself. He began the job when he said he would, and completed it when he said he would.
