Description of Work: Removed two layers of shingles on main roof, one layer on garage roofs, replaced small portion of rotted wood, installed proper ventilation system, and installed new roof shingles. Roofers worked hard and did not complain. They seemed very experienced and efficient. We were amazed at how quickly and how well they completed the job. Although communication with the office could improve, they were always pleasant. This company was a pleasure to work with, and we are very pleased with our new roofs. We highly recommend Impriano.

Description of Work: They were honest in declining to do roof work on my home because the slope was to shallow for them and they the skylight work was risky in terms of possible leakage after completion. They did no work for me but they were honest in declining.

Description of Work: Ripped off old flat roof, put on a new one. They were very punctual, and the people were pleasant to deal with. Their price came in a bit high, but I went on their reputation/recommendation from a close friend, and I just wanted the job done right, with no issues. They were great with cleaning up, you wouldn't even have known they were there. It's been only a month or so, but so far so good.

Description of Work: Overall, it went very well. They did a great job going over the samples, estimating, working with the insurance company, and working to what we wanted. Scheduling was a little rough... waiting 8 weeks for work to begin after the initial 1/3 deposit pushed the job start time to Halloween, then the dumpster sat in my driveway all weekend until they could return. Communications could have been better during work start, finish, and punch list stages, but, whenever I had questions, I could call or eMail and get answers quickly. Ultimately, the two roofs (house and shed), the downspouts, gutter guards, new gutters, and siding on the shed all look great. We are now two months into the winter and everything seems to be working well. I give them a 'thumbs up'.

Description of Work: Leak around stack pipe on roof. Called, someone came out and said yes, that was the cause of the problem. Left an invoice. Asked us to pay half first and rest upon completion. We sent half of payment in the same day. 3-4 weeks later we called as we never heard from back them. They had received our deposit. Asked when work would be completed; they said that week. Never had any indication if work was completed except that we received the final bill. Called and asked if work was indeed completed and they said yes. Hopefully, they really did complete the work as stated. Their follow-thru with customers is unacceptable. How long would the job have waited if we had not called? It would have been professional to notify us either by phone or with a note that they had been to our home on a particular day to make the repair. Will not be recommending them as a result of this.

Description of Work: Replaced some slate roofing for me as well as some work on rotted eaves. They did a good job, but I did have to point out some things that needed to be adjusted. They don't really have an eye for aesthetics, so be sure to check their work. I wish they would have treated my home more like they would have treated their own. Details are important to me. They also had the gutters put on over a week after the roof was completed. I had no idea there would be that lapse considering with every other roofer I've ever used it's all done together. There were a few rainy days without gutters and some water in my basement so I wasn't too pleased about that either. After calling to complain they did rush my gutter install by a few days, but still...all in all I'm happy with the work now that it's completed, but probably wouldn't use them again. Good roofers are hard to find.

Description of Work: Mr. Jack Impriano came to our house to estimate the cost of replacing a hail damaged roof. We were going to use this company to do the work, however, I called the company to clear up the details of the project 4 days ago and also sent a e-mail. To date they have not returned the calls so we are moving on. We waited about 10 days for them to come out. It was a waste of time. They have now replied and asked that we take down this rating, but it was too late, we had already moved on an selected another contractor from Angie's List.
