Service tech was outstanding and a pleasure to get acquainted with. |I was expecting a quote by email for the work to be done but never received the quote. Not sure why the drop in follow up because everything up to the point of the tech coming out to my home was so timely and professional.

Description of Work: They checked our roofs and said they were fine; no work needed at this time. We plan to call them in early 2017 for probable replacement then. We were impressed that they did not suggest anything now.

Description of Work: New roof for Cape-Cod style cottage home including breezeway roof and 2-car garage roof. Also provided new gutters/downspouts/leaf guards. Professional staff including estimator, roof staff and gutter folks, as well as f/u job managers. There was a small issue with the flashing not being secured, and they did come back in a day to fix it. They got most of the nails in the yard, though some were found by me later, but they certainly did seem to spend a great deal of time using the big magnet to find as many nails as possible, daily, and at the end of the job. The roofers were neat and tidy and looked to be taking good care that no one would be hurt and the debris would be well contained during the work. Took 6 days total, given the weather conditions, it was appropriate. They didn't blare a radio and were polite. I would certainly recommend them highly.

Description of Work: They recommended a whole new roof for a problem that turned out to be a missing flashing in an upstairs window which was causing the leak in the wall--not the roof. They couldn't figure out the problem but recommended a very expensive new roof!

THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB AND THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT. THEY DID LEAVE A LOT OF ROOFING NAILS IN THE YARD AND GARDEN. THE ROOF LOOKS VERY NICE AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE.

Worksite was kept clean, good communication. Would work with them again. VERY POSITIVE. WE WERE ONLY EXPECTING A QUOTE, AND GOT A FIX INSTEAD. OF THE 5 ROOFING COMPANIES WE CALLED, 3 CALLED BACK, AND THIS WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
Description of Work: Needed a whole new roof and gutters, went back to Impriano. Excellent service, very happy. EXPERIENCING LEAKS IN ROOF. CALLED IMPRIANO FOR A QUOTE. THEIR GUY CAME OUT, FIGURED OUT WHERE THE LEAK WAS AND FIXED IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE!
