We have had a persistent and complicated water leak above our mantel which we have not been able to successfully repair despite several attempts over a 2 year period. Impriano was able to diagnose and fix the issue, something MANY other roofers had tried but failed to do. They also guaranteed the work which gave us added confidence. They took a few weeks to provide the estimate and schedule the work, hence my "B" rating on responsiveness. The repairs were done exactly as expected, and the leak is completely fixed!!! The work involved re-flashing and re-shingling part of the roof on both sides of the chimney.

I highly recommend Impriano for excellent service and work. I received detailed estimates from several roofers before choosing Impriano. They did an excellent job on a difficult roofing project. The Impriano family runs the business and takes pride in personally assuring that all work is done in a timely and professional manner. I was very impressed with the roofers who have worked for the Imprianos for many years. They worked very hard and took pride in doing a perfect job. They made sure that each section of roof was completed that day so that no areas were left open in case it rained. They also used a magnetic sweep each day to pick up stray nails. The Imprianos were always accessible and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the work. Some of my neighbors hired Impriano after seeing each stage of my roofing job and the finished product.

This company was outstanding. They were professional and prompt. They were great at communicating and called us to let us know what was going on everyday. They showed up when they said that they would and got straight to work. Their clean up was exceptional. The finished product turned out exactly how I wanted it.

This project was completed immediately after Impriano installed our new siding. It seemed like the install was more work than they anticipated, especially to get the outside trim right, which they did. The inside trim turned out okay, but not as nice as I would like, especially considering we will be staining, not painting. The locking mechanism broke a few weeks after the install and they came out promptly to repair. Other than that, the door is a bit more drafty than I expected, but overall it functions well and looks great.

We had a positive experience w/ Impriano a few years back when they installed a new roof at our house. Jack Jr. came to our house and showed us our different options for the siding and shutters, etc. He is low pressure, and we felt comfortable with him from our roofing experience. The quality of work was excellent with good attention to detail. It took longer than expected to complete as some days the crew knocked off early or didn't show up at all while other days they were here till dark. But I feel that they did not take short cuts and paid a lot of attention to detail. They even left me the old aluminum siding so that I could cash in at the scrap yard. (Actually, I don't think the crew was too happy about that.) They were neat, clean and friendly. Overall, we are happy with the work and transformation of our house from yucky pea greenish to a beautiful warm "Desert Tan" color.

They did an overall good job. They came out pretty quickly. They were very kind and polite and very easy to work with. They were very good at answering any questions that I had. I would recommend them to others.

You always hear stories about roofing jobs, but this experience was painless from start to finish. The women in the office were helpful and always kept in touch. My initial appointment for an estimate had to be rescheduled due to overnight rain. I was notified immediately and rescheduled. Jack Impriano arrived promptly for the appointment, discussed what my goals for the job were, walked the roof, and then explained all materials and aspects of the job. The estimate for the project arrived within 24 hours via e-mail. Once we selected Impriano, Jack scheduled another appointment that was convenient for my husband, plus layout a number of shingle samples so that we could select the style and quality of shingle. We were pretty sure what we wanted so we declined his offer of leaving the samples for a few days to see how they would look in different types of light. Since we were not in a huge hurry we scheduled the roof project for mid-July. As the day approached the office staff kept in contact to let me know they were a few days behind the original target date and when the materials and dumpster would be delivered. All went smoothly. The roofers protected my landscape plants and were meticulous about cleaning up when they left. The job took the two days as promised and at no time was the roof left unprotected in case of overnight rain. They continually went over the area with magnets to make sure no nails were left behind. For a project you do maybe once a lifetime, it was a positive experience, everything went as planned and unfortunately all the roofing information I learned will not be used again since I now have a 50 year roof. Neighbors are still offering compliments. The only point of concern for me was that the roofers did not speak English very well. It was only an issue because I was concerned that they had enough water and ice as the days wore on. They worked two very long, hot days in July and I was a little concerned for them. I wanted them to understand that there was plenty of water and ice in the house if they ran low. They were extremely polite and everything went very well.

I was surprised with the price. They were competitive with the other companies. They use good quality materials. They called before the job was done and after the job to see if everything was going and done to our satisfaction. They cleaned up the area so no debris was left and the dumpster was removed promptly. I am really happy with their service and they were very professional and courteous.

Impriano Roofing made it possible for us to get this job done. They were willing to take a reduced down payment while we waited for our tax refund which we used to pay for the bulk of the job. They offered us a lower price for doing the job out of season and honored the price even though scheduling (theirs and ours) resulted in the job happening 2 months later than planned. They completed and cleaned up completely within one day-which was incredible to see. Their workers just descended on our house and worked efficiently and quickly until they were done. Several days before the job a piece of metal moulding that we thought would be replaced in the roof replacement came loose and I had my husband pull it off and put it in the Impriano dumpster. When the job was completed and we saw that the moulding had not been replaced we were told by Impriano that replacing all of that moulding wasn't part of the quoted job. I asked if they could make arrangements to have it replaced and they had guys out the same day to take care of it. After the job was complete Impriano's billing department agreed to wait a couple of extra days for payment so that the charge would show up on our next credit card statement. Not to mention, they take credit cards... All in all, I felt they were very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. We really appreciate the consideration we were shown at every stage of the transaction.

I was very satisfied. They came when they said they were going to come. They kept in touch when the start of the job was slightly delayed to due weather. They responded to my calls promptly. The workmanship seemed very good.

I had Impriano roofing install windows. Impriano removed existing aluminum windows and replaced with new Vinyl replacement windows. My old aluminum windows got to the point that I could no longer open them and they were extremely drafty. I am so pleased with the results of the new windows. Not only do they look great, they are much easier to operate and they aren't drafty anymore. The window installation crew was great. There were numerous objects that were in the way and they made sure they were put back in the right place when the windows were installed. In addition the crew was very clean, in fact they even used a vacuum to clean up the small debris. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience. .

I had Impriano Roofing replace my roof and windows. I can not express how pleasant it was dealing with everyone from the office staff to the installation crew. Everyone was very polite and courteous. The roof looks fantastic! When I had an appointment everyone showed up on time and the work started when promised. I had seen my neighbor have a roofing project completed by another contractor and was antsy about the amount of debris and nails coming off of the roof. Let me tell you, when the roofing crew was completed I could not find one nail or trash anywhere! I was amazed at how clean the crew left my yard and was very impressed on their attention to details. I highly recommend using this company, they are pleasant to deal with, do quality work and pay attention to all of the details.

We were overwhelmingly pleased with the entire experience. Throughout the entire process, each time we spoke with someone they were courteous and quick to find an answer. The crews completed their work in less than 2 full days and left our home clean and looking wonderful. We highly recommend using Impriano.

We recently had our roof replaced by Impriano Roofing and were very happy with the entire experience. Our sales rep was very polite and helpful. In addition when I had a question and would call the office there was someone there to speak to every time I called. They were able to start our job 4 weeks after we signed our contract and it took them only 2 days to complete the job. When the job was completed, a thorough quality control check was done. The roof looks great and we have had no problems with it. It was definitely a quality job. Another aspect of the experience that we really liked was that we dealt with family. The sales rep was one of the sons. There was a son overseeing the crew who replaced our roof. And there was another son that we met with upon completion of the job. I have had many home improvements done over the years and this is the first company that I have dealt with that is totally dedicated to customer satisfaction and quality of their work.

Impriano roofing replaced the flat roof on my home. They did a fantastic job so we had them back for the siding. Their service was exceptional and the job looks great. We have received many compliments on our new siding.

I called Impriano Roofing for an estimate because there was a leak in my dinning room ceiling. Jack Impriano came out to complete a roof estimate and to discuss different repair or replacement options. After considering these, I decided to replace the roof. Jack showed me shingle color samples that fit the style of our home, and he helped me select the best color option. He made the selection process very easy! From start to finish, my roof installation was handled in a professional manner. The roof was installed in two days! Also, I was impressed with how the Impriano team completed their tasks. The men who installed my roof arrived promptly, the office called me the evening before, and the team paid close attention to details that were important to me: they protected the plants and shrubs around my home and were careful throughout the process. Finally, they answered our questions efficiently and kept note of our requests. In short, I HIGHLY recommend Impriano Roofing.

They did a fantastic job. Everyone from the salesman to the last worker at my house was polite, and very professional. I am extremely satisfied with my new roof.

There was only one layer of shingles which needed to be removed before the decking was visible and any decking which needed to be replaced was done so according to the contract. The project was done in one day, with the exception of the fascia board I mentioned, and that was done only a few days later. Clean up was excellent! I couldnt believe how well they cleaned up after seeing all the debris come off my roof! They didnt use the felt paper; they used something that was mesh and I couldnt rip it at all... in addition to their service excellence, THAT is what helped convince me. I told Jack, "This is the stuff I want on my roof!" Their price was in the middle of the three estimates I obtained, the other two wanted to use felt paper... one 15# and one 30#. To my surprise, three weeks after my job was done, a member on my bowling team had their roof replaced by Imprianos and I wasnt even aware of it! They were pleased as well!

The job was completed quickly once started. They workers were efficient and cleaned up the site as they worked. One of the co-owners came to the site after the crew had left to inspect the completed job and to ask if we were satisfied with the job. The next day another executive of the company called us to ask about the thoroughness of the workers and whether we were satisfied with the work. I would say that they did an excellent job and were very concerned about customer satisfaction. We would not hesitate to hire this company for other work.

This group of guys is very professional. I really liked the fact that there were three to four guys that showed up everyday to check on the quality of the work that was done. They were really careful in their work and were punctual. There was a slight delay in the work as it took about two and a half weeks to complete the job but that was weather related.

I was not very happy with this roofing company. They came once, did a small bit of work, and then didnt return. I had to call and e-mail several times to get them to come back and then they only came back because I said I would withhold the rest of the money until they finished the job.
