The men were professional and hard working. The company was slow picking up the dumpster after completion.

Brandon and the other gentlemen who came were very professional and got the job done in s very reasonable amount of time. I would absolutely hire them again if need be.

I requested my heating ducts be cleaned after the asbestos abatement but that request didnâ t make it to the contractor who did the work. He did not have the equipment he normally would use to perform a cleaning but he did his best. Based on that, I feel I was over charged for the service. But the abatement was done well and quickly.

Everyone was friendly and very responsive to our requests. They showed up as scheduled and completed job in a timely manner.

Workers arrived in a timely fashion, were polite and considerate and cleaned up fastidiously. I got a certificate of work performed which I can use for sale of house. Easy, no stress experience.

The first guy they sent out (Brandon) did half the work on a Saturday, said he would be back on Monday, and then ghosted us (He left some sort of tool here too and I still have it!) The woman we had been coordinating with did answer a few messages but was also hard to get ahold of. After 15 days of a closet floor with all its black mastic exposed just sitting there, finally, I called HomeAdvisor who was able to get the main company to call us and they sent out a team of three guys who finished up pretty quickly. I would rate them a four and the first guy a one or two, so I am averaging out my review to a three.

First time using Home Advisor and feel like I got the cream of the crop. I am 5+ happy with US Abestos. Brandon and Matt were the young men who did the job and were awesome. Those guys were so hard working and did an awesome job. I have thought about this job for at least 35 years and am glad I waited to have Brandon and Matt do it. Thank you so much.

They did the work quickly, were friendly, and at a fair price.

They were so fast to respond to my inquiry and fast to schedule. The professional was in, set up his (and our) protection fully and did the job in about 4 hours. The work is superb. I finally think I can rearrange that part of our basement without fearing asbestos. Thank you for your work!
