Description of Work: Very professional furnace/AC people. We had a problem with our furnace/AC and they were prompt, courteous, and clearly there to make sure the customer was happy. We're going to hire them for a regular maintenance contract. | |They were highly reviewed on the furnace manufacturer's website (Trane) and I can see why!

Description of Work: We bought a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split heat pump to heat and cool a room addition on our house. The purchase was from Home Depot but Dowd's was Home Depot's sub-contractor. Consequently, all the scheduling, installation work, etc. was performed by Dowd's. They were courteous, punctual, and did a very good job with the installation. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to use them again directly or via Home Depot. I am not sure how much the price would have differed had the job been done directly by Dowd's rather than via Home Depot as the prime contractor.

Description of Work: Came out to give price for new heater and a/c. Gave quotes and materials to help me ask questions I didn't even think to ask. I had 2 other companies give quotes. Dowd presented themself the best. Dowd performed the job just as they said they would. Even called a few days later to see if I had any questions and to see if I was happy. I will recommend them to anyone who is having heater or a/c problems

Description of Work: outstanding experience. Dowd's replaced both my heat pump and airhandler. Part of the installation was the reconfiguration of the system to accomodate the new equipment. The entire job was done both professionally and efficiently with the install completed on time. Dowd's team was also vey respectful of our home and provided cover for all flooring areas around when they were working and did a complete clean up when they were done.
