Very long time before delivery with lots of excuses.

Payment was to be by cash or check.  Fortunately, I paid by check.  The check was deposited the day of the delivery but I was able to issue a stop payment in time.   I forwarded a new check for the wood delivered.  After the deception I experienced I felt that no other amicable resolution was possible. 

didn't go well at all  I got hounded for payment and they left trunk of tree on the side walk for about 3 days and no communication with me about anything that was going on. when I called I felt like I was getting on there nerves . Joy said they would get rid of the stump the first week of may. still no call from them. no call no show.

If you need any work done (Landscaping etc.) these are the people to get. It was done RIGHT!!!!!

As noted in the above paragraph, the work they have done for us has been outstanding on each occasion tree or mulching help.  We have many trees on our property and will continue to place U.S. Tree Service first on our list for future tree work.  

We had a large sassafrass tree at the back of our yard that snapped mid-way up the trunk during a wind storm. The upper portion of the tree leaned into and hung up precariously on an adjacent tree. The two trees were on the top of a steep hill at the back of our yard, against power lines, near a neighbor's garage, and hanging over a children's play structrure and a line of arborvitae trees that we had planted only a few years before at significant cost for screening. I first contacted two local handymen, who both turned down the job as too dangerous. When US Tree came to look at the trees, they spent a lot of time considering different ways to safely remove the trees and not cause additional damage. On the day of the job, the owner showed up to supervise the crew. The crew showed great sensitivity to minimizing damage, even putting down plywood in the yard before driving a bucket truck and frontloader in. The workers were clearly highly skilled. All the tree pieces were cut out and dropped under control, often lowered gently with multiple ropes. The wood was stacked neatly in the yard, as we requested, and even cut it into manageable lengths, which was not part of our original agreement. The job was done in a much shorter time than I expected, and not one branch was dropped on any of our arborvitaes. This is a truely professional and expert company. I highly recommend them.

The woman was pleasant enough when she came over for the estimate, and at first glance, appeared to have good control of her crew. However, it was soon evident that this was not a buttoned up company. They removed a tree on our property that we did not want removed. I'm not sure how on earth there was any miscommunication. Our neighbors expressed interest in their services for a large job while they saw them working on our property, and so our job was put on hold for days while US Tree Service worked for them. In the meantime, their tools were left in our yard for days. They were hard to reach to determine when they would return. They did not provide a written statement of payment other than a handwritten on a business card. I do not find them trustworthy and will not hire them again.

They were very responsive .Came the same day we called to give an estimate. The trees we wanted trimmed they completely topped. Even the owner said they cut more than she expected. But she was there most of the day watching them. Why didn't she stop them? everything they cut they just dropped .Alll over our other landscaping. Broke several bushes. We had a brush pile in the back that they said they could chip up for us. Instead of chipping it they drove their bobcat straight thru our flower beds and destroyed plants, our edging material and knocked over a tree . And they didn't even remove all the brush pile. If they couldn't do the work we asked they should have said so instead of doing it half way and destroying all our other property to boot. There was a pathway to get to where the brush pile was. If they had asked we could have shown them. We didn't know what was going on till we looked out and saw them plow thru the flowerbed. They also drove the bobcat all over the lawn ,spun it around several times and tore up a lot of our grass. It cost us approximately $500 in topsoil, seed ,edging etc to repair the damage they left. The woman owner told us they would bring some top soil and grass seed for us to repair the lawn. But we never heard from them again. When they quoted she had asked if they could put a sign in the yard for advertising and we said sure. They never did that. So obviously they knew they had done a bad job.

They were great and they came in under their estimate. They charged me less than what they had originally said. I would recommend them and use them again.

My experience was OK. The owner is really nice, but some of the workers are not as nice. They broke my child's swing set. They said they would fix it but never came back. The price was great. Had it not been for the swing set, I might recommend them to others.

It was an emergency they needed to cut down the trees because they were coming to put a septic tank in. This company was out to the job site within 1 hour. They were very professional. And very courteous. The owner of the business came to supervise the job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The estimate and getting the team to my house was a long process (they are just that busy), but it was worth the wait. David called me on a Saturday morning to advise they were coming out to do the work. It was extremely hot and humid, but they showed up on time as advised. My original estimate included removal of 4 bushes, removal of the Evergreen and top off of a large tree. When they arrived I inquired about additional work in my back yard, including hedge trimming and cutting back of a large Maple. My expectations were to get "on their books" for a future job, but they were extremely accommodating and performed all work on the same day. They performed the work mentioned above, and did a beautiful clean-up. I would hire them again in a second.

The best work. Gave me the best price and were prompt and respectful.

Joshua returned our call quickly and came around to give an estimate, for the trees to be cleaned out, trimmed and to take out one tree. He told us to call back in a month or so to have the work done so we wouldn't harm the trees. We did that and scheduled for him to come back. The week that he said he would be there, he ended up being delayed because of rain on another project. He then called over the weekend and said he would be there during the week. They did an excellent job and ended up taking out another tree that was going to need to be taken down in a year or so. Our trees look great and we finally have sun in our back yard.
