When I needed specific information included in the report, Glenwood Engineering made an addendum in a timely manner. The report was thorough.

Just did there job well in explaining to the Ins Comp of the work that needed to be done and if they didn’t , a lot of problems will occur causing structural damage and more money loss

The structural engineer informed that I needed to have the tree root removed from the basement ASAP to prevent destroying the foundation of the house. The only issue for me was that he did not have any recommendations on who I needed to contact to get that job done. Being a single elderly woman I needed to know what type of company to look for like a Masonry or a concrete construction person?

Think maybe he could have stayed longer and looked at more things. But he was pretty certain we were ok and had no structural problems.

When they came in they were very efficient. Prior to their evaluation I was told that I would need so much more work done on my home. This was not true, they gave a great advice and saved me a lot of unnecessary repairs. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Got an appointment within a week,which was great. They helped with identifying exactly what had to be done with added support for my house in the crawl space.
