The engineer was almost an hour late for our appointment, but I realize this was because of a bad accident on a nearby highway. I would still recommend this company because of the expertise of the engineer and the time he spent explaining my structural issue.

My problem was minor and didn't require any work after the evaluation. Therefore they didn't charge me for a full boat evaluation, but only a small fee for their time. I appreciated that.

It was a pleasure working with Maher, Sue and Raya, I spoke with each individual, they are personable, friendly and patient, they listened and explained everything. The Report was well written, even a novice like myself can understand what was recommended. Thanks!!! Will definitely recommend this company 🙏🏾🙏🏾

We hired Glenwood to assess some concerns we had regarding the structure of our first floor of our home. They were timely and very informative with their thoughts. He took a lot of pictures and plan to follow up in 6 months to get a better understanding on what they think (if necessary) will need to be done. If anything, he really set us at ease as we thought we had a bigger problem than we did. Their charge also covers any follow up visits, which was good to hear. Overall we were very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Pleasant, professional, thorough, and efficient evaluation of some structural concerns I have with my 150 year old house. They will share names with contractors who do the work you need that they have worked with before, but be aware that as they are based in Allentown, if you are, say, in Philadelphia, they do not have as many local recommendations. However, they are willing to work with anyone you do end up hiring, and willing to add on a written report (at its own price) if you decide you need one later.

I hired them to take a look at the house I'm buying because of feared structural problems. It turned out to be not as big a deal as I feared. They were easy to work with, very communicative, and fairly priced. I'm glad I chose them.

They were very professional. Took the time to give me advice on how to proceed with my projects as well as giving me a sound structural analysis.

I needed an inspection report for a fire escape . He did the inspection, took pictures and completed the report for me to submit to the City"s department of Licenses & Inspection . I will hire again for other inspections, I know will soon be needed.

Scheduled an appointment quickly. staff was pleasant and accommodating. Maher Abdelaal, the engineer, was quite personable and prepared his report in a timely fashion.
