Needed a structural engineer to take a look at a new construction home's foundation to see if it was a minor issue or one that needed to be addressed immediately. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly - called on Thursday they came out on Sunday. The engineer was friendly and took pictures of the crack, gave his opinion and recommendation. The service fee was a little higher than i was expecting but still acceptable. Overall they did exactly what i needed them to. I would recommend.

I set up a free estimate but at the end of the consultation he asked for payment of his services. Fortunately, Home Advisor intervened. He is very knowledgeable.

The Engineer was very helpful and provide d good information but I waited longer than I expected for the actual report to be emailed to me.

Al was great. This was the lowest cost for an initial visit that I found, and well worth it. Al gave us sound advice regarding our basement wall and explained what could be happening and answered all of my questions. It turns out plans moving forward may not be as expensive or significant as I thought -- I found Al to be trustworthy and interested in providing sound, cautious advice on next steps. Would recommend to anyone looking to gain advice on any minor structural issues or concerns with their home.

I was caught off guard that they would not start writing the Report till they were paid in full. I expected to be billed after I was in receipt of Report.

Very knowledgeable and realistic with the solution. Report was sent within a week. Also has recommended contractors that are very close to his estimated price.

This company is wonderful!! We needed someone to evaluate a crack in the wall. We had the president of the company come out within two day. He was right on time and worked quickly. The work was done on a Friday and we had the extensive report by Monday morning. I had a question and emailed the company Saturday evening and received the answer to my question within minutes. I would highly recommend this company!

Good communication skills, on time. Answered all our considers, and questions. Hard copies came within a week, with made it easy to move along with our project. I will use this company again in the near future. It's good to work with people who care for there clients.
