There were no surprises and he keeps his word. His quote was accurate and the photos of the work done properly are invaluable. On top of that Chad monitors the work of his crew and shows up repeatedly to assess their progress. I absolutely will call him again.

Are you kidding me???? Chad showed up at my home right on time!! !UP he went onto my roof, down he came with pictures of my problem and scheduled my repair on the spot!!! Within an hour his worker came and in just a wink of an eye he was up on the roof, the worker was perhaps the sweetest, no non-sense worker I ever saw. It was July 21st the heat warnings were flashing across the screen all day and yet he worked as if it was a perfect day. He did his work with the nicest, natural smile and most pleasant personalty. I feel very lucky for having chosen them!!

Did not need him for what we originally contacted him for, was very honest about that fact. Hired him to replace cracked concrete on top of chimney and cap it on one side. Did excellent work and price was extremely reasonable, we had gotten a quote from another company previously and this contract price was 75% better.
