I searched for someone to repair my roof since APRIL. Got a lot of initial response ... but then a bunch of no show/no call. Chad responded IMMEDIATELY. Went ABOVE & BEYOND to fix the problem ~ and even called after a good day's rain to ask if any areas repaired had leaked. They will be doing my roof replacement early-mid next year! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Will recommend at every opportunity!

Chad called me and said he was in the area and would I like him to stop over and provide an estimate - I had already called someone but they would not available and had to get to me, so I said come over. When he arrived, I explained the situation, he said he would be back in about 1/2 hour, a man was on the roof when he called me that he back and they diagnosing where the leak may be coming from. They determined it was the roof vent, adding some sealant. If I have any trouble, give him a call. This is awesome customer service, thanks.

It was a challenging repair as they had to determine where the leak was originating from by only looking at the outside. They found a leak and repaired it, but there were two more nearby which were discovered the next time it rained. They came back and fixed these very quickly, and without additional charges. VERY FAIR - and they were very easy to deal with, very responsive, and arrived on time, very professional, cleaned everything up when done, etc. Could not be happier!
