Called Dushac and they arrived within a few hours. Just as they were during the estimate, they took their time, listened, and answered many questions for me. They automatically removed their boots before coming into the house and I felt very comfortable with them here with me while my husband was at work. It was obvious they were here to help, and recommended snaking first and only using the camera if that didn't work due to the additional cost of using the camera. It wasn't simple, but they were able to find the small section of sewer line that was clogged. They had to remove the toilet and work really hard to get the mess unclogged. Ryan explained what to look for in the future and why the clog happened, what type of pipe materials I had and both best and worst-case situations I could expect. They didn't use the camera because their knowledge alone was enough to figure out exactly what was wrong. In my 1950's house, this section of sewer line doesn't have enough slope and sludge had built up over time. They said to make sure I keep plenty of water moving through the line and that should help. I am extremely satisfied with their high degree of integrity and the outstanding service they provided. These two things seem hard to find these days. I will without hesitation use them again should the need arise. I highly recommend Dushac, and since their estimates are indeed free, I suggest calling them and you'll see for yourself that they are top-notch. I had previously called another local plumber who I had to pay $100 for an estimate. I didn't get an actual estimate because the plumber unfortunately didn't know what was wrong nor where to begin. He simply suggested a full camera viewing of all drains in the house as a starting point. This was a red flag to me, so I called Dushac and am very glad I did.

From the time I called, a technician was sent out within the hour to turn off water from main valve as the water was dripping off the kitchen ceiling. After he contained the water, he then returned with the parts fixed and left - all within a couple of hours. Very polite and efficient.
I would definitely call them again.

After struggling for over 24 hours I finally talked my husband into calling a plumber. We didn't know any plumbers but went to Angie's list and pulled one in our area. I was concerned because it was getting late on a Friday afternoon and was afraid we were going to have to pay overtime and emergency service. To my surprise they said that they could be here within half hour. Bottom line ..... They showed up when they said, they were very professional, they finish the job within half hour or 45 minutes and did a great job. It required mixing the new plastic material with the old metal but the job was very neat and clean. We could not have been more pleased.

Pressure in my kitchen faucet became very low, I called Dushac, the checked the faucet and found that the copper supply lines had been crimped together. I needed to get a new faucet, I scheduled the install of the faucet for the following day. They showed up on time and only charged for one house call. I will be using them again in the near future for other fixture that need to be replaced.

My pressure regulator was 42 years old and was very corroded. It needed to be replaced. I called Dushac plumbing on Wednesday April 9 and he said someone would be out on April 10. Ryan came on April 10 and saw what was needed and said he did not have the part on his truck. He asked if it would be OK to come back later in the day and change the pressure regulator. I said it was fine and he came back about 4-5 hours later and changed the pressure regulator. I was so pleased with their work and professionalism, I am going to hire them to do more plumbing work around the house.
